Very nice Hotel, very helpful staff, very comfortable rooms, wifi available everywhere. Noisy room when window open (directly next to main street), very difficult to find hotel, Garmin Navi does not find the adress. Look out for the building where "Telemach" is written on it, the hotel is in same building.

Temizlik, havalimanina yakin, sakin 10 marktan fazla vermeyin taksiye, sehre ulasim kolayligi, Ilidza bolgesine yakin olmasi, calisanlari guleryuzlu, rahat vs. Kahvaltida sadece yumurta var, otelde normal siyah cay yok, bazi odalara kablosuz internet baglantisi ulasmiyor, resepsiyonda ve kahvalti salonunda sigara iciliyor

Interijer i čistoća soba na visokom nivou, atmosfera unutar hotela odlična, uređenje spa centra odlično, rasvjeta i uređenje odaju savršen dojam grada domaćina. Osoblje šarmantno, vrlo uslužno i profesionalno. Mala zamjerka na lokaciju s obzirom da se do centra putuje 15-20 minuta ali opet isplativo s obzirom da sa djelatnicima sarajevske taxi službe nikad nije dosadno.

Utorligt flot og charmerende hotel med meget store indbydede værelse med lækert bad ,på hotelet er serligt rent og men få skiftet sit sengetøj og får nyt håndklæder hver morgen. Personalet især de kvindelige ansætter er meget hjælpsome og altid smilende tjener på hotelet top profesionel Men følger at men er I sit eget hjem og næste gang vil jeg gerne benytter samme hotel uden tvivl og hotelet bliver anbefalet til venner og bekendte Stor ros til jer alle sammen på hotelet!!!!

Pænt hotel med umiddelbart meget indbydende ved første indtyk. Stort og rummelig værelse med lækkert bad. Men ved nærmere kik, er der ikke særlig rent, pletter på gulvet og man får ikke skiftet sengetøj. Der ryges i morgenmadsbuffen, specielt af personalet. Personalet, især de kvindelige ansatter er meget ubehjælpsomme og sure, hilser ikke.

Prvenstveno odlicno osoblje, vrlo ugodno i usluzno. Interijer odlican, sobe i spa prostori iznimno lijepo uređeni i stvaraju opustajucu atmosferu. Sve je odlicno, preporucam svima! Dosta gust promet zbog kojeg je teze spavati duze ujutro (iako je hotel na 3. katu) no u sobama koje nisu sa strane ceste pretpostavljam da nije tako.

Das "Hotel" ist kaum zu finden. Es ist ein ganzes Stockwerk in einem Industriegebäude. Also nicht so wie im Internet angeboten. Der Eingang ist ein Lift und dann geht es in den 3 Stock, erst dort erkennt man das es ein Hotel ist.

Polite & friendly staff although poor knowledge of english, big rooms with pleasant and romantic atmosphere, very close to tram. What was impressive was that whenever we needed something extra the staff was more than willing to satisfy our needs. Breakfast and restaurant choices need improvement.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wirklich über allen Maße hilfsbereit: da ih zuerst das Hotel nicht finden konnte ( es ist nir 1 Stockwerk welches n einem Bürogebäude integriert ist) genügte ein Anruf und eine Mitarbeiterin kam mit ihrem Privat-PKW und begleitete mich zum Hotel. Der Teppich im Zimmer war leider sehr stark verschmutzt. Auch der Rest wirkte sehr abgenützt

Hotel Merona is good designed and comfortable place to stay. Staff is confused and could not explain even about spa. When I asked receptionist about wellness, he was just smiling and did not say a word, which was very uncomfortable. Actually hotel does not have spa because only one room has jacusi and saunas, so if that room is booked you can not use it which is nonsence and I have not seen that in any hotel in the world. Carpet in room is very dirty, in bathroom there is a bad smell. In bed I found a hair... I could not recommend this hotel.

hotel meronaya rezervasyon yaptırmış olmamıza rağmen hiçbir gerekçe sunmadan bizi farklı bir otele yönlerdiler ve üç gün sonra yerimiz açıldı gelebilirsiniz dediler.arkadaşlarım ve ben bu yaşanılan problemden hiç hoşnut kalmadık ayrıca meronada sabah kahvaltısıda hiç hoş değil
