Very very nice personel, very helpful. Nice design which really outstands from the Sarajevo offer. As a very fussy person and used to high level hotels I would say that there are too many small details that were left unfinished (visible wires, most finishing in the room and bathroom etc.) but if you don't look into the details, it looks pretty nice. |

I like everything. The hotel is really fantastic. Wide room, very beautiful design, grear SPA and treatments, very very welcoming and nice staff.I spent very nice days there and did not wanted to leave. The restaurant is also very good.I would definately stay there again! Not really. It is not located in the center, but considering all other pro's, I don't think this is a problem. PLus, they provide free transfer from the airport, they also brought me to the city center by car, which was very nice of them. Maybe very little recommendation- a small shelve at the shower area would be useful. |

The hotel was really nice. It is completely new. When we arrived they received us with a nice bottle of bosnian wine. The family who owns the place took us to the city centre the first night and the 2nd they took us out for some sightseeing. The envitroment was familiar and very relaxing, the spa is superb and the treatments were really top quality. For sure it is a great place to stay for few days and visit Sarajevo |

Die Gastfreundschaft und das Entgegenkommen der Mitarbeiter. Mit besonderer Zuvorkommenheit wurden wir ins Zentrum gebracht, mit Erklärungen "losgelassen", spätabends wieder zurückgeholt. Die"Badeanlagen" sind sehr gut, Massagen und Wohlfühlbad ausgezeichnet - umsomehr als unerwartet - alles in Allem: Ein überaus komfortables Hotel mit einem ambionierten und bemühten Team. Sehr wenig: Es ist ein "gestyltes" Hotel - kleine Waschbecken, davor noch die Handtuchhalter - etwas schwierig sich nach dem Rasieren zu spülen....tiefhängende Leuchten - alles sicher sehr schön -aber doch etwas schwierig...aber das tat unserer Zufriedenheit wenig Abbruch ! |

Das Hotel wird ein familiär geführt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sprechen weitgehend englisch und deutsch. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und berücksichtigte unsere Wünsche sehr entgegenkommend. Insgesamt herschte eine familiäre Freundlichkeit vor.Alles in allem: super Keine Handbrause in der Dusche. |
