very very friendly and helpful staff

Very interesting and traditional hotel with unexpected good and warm interieur. There is a suite where very prominent people like 'Richard Gere and Morgan Freeman have stayed allready. A nice hotel for insiders.

Outside it looks very poor - but wait until you are in.

Beautifully furnished, Ottoman style. Bit of a steep hill walking there from town. Quiet area.

The ambience, the relaxed environment and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Kitsch appearance but not overly so. Nice art in the room. Nice furniture. Large room and bathroom, compared to most European hotels in price range. Clean. Reasonably close to town.

Down 92 steps to town; up 92 steps to get back! Toilet was wobbly; toilet seat was too small for the size of the toilet, risk of pinching or seat falling through. Only one nightstand and one night lamp. No lamp on the table. Can't turn off any of the 2 ceiling lights from the bed. Definitely not a 4-star hotel, but still acceptable.

from the outside it does not look like a hotel at all, which makes arriving there a bit strange, one has to ring the bell to get in at night....

you really feels home .. very comfort and vey nice people I went to sarajevo more than 20 times but this was the best stay

Very basic services. Poor facilities. Wifi fair. Very cold room, they were not able to fix the heating in 6 days... Absolutely no 4 star service.

I liked the design, ambience and style of the hotel, added to the fact it is very central and secure. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is an ideal hotel also for "English speaking" travellers.

NIŠTA / NOTHING

Hotel is on booking.com listed as 4 stars hotel, but in reality is is hard to get 2 (two) stars. Hotel location is HORROR to find and surroundings are even worse. In decades of traveling I can not recall any venue that the 'value for money' was lesser. Avoid it if possible. Prilikom rezervacije na booking.com hotel je označen sa 4 zvijedice, a u stvarnosti teško bi dobio 2 (dvije). Lokacija hotela je UŽAS, a uređenje je daleko ispod nivoa. Lokacija i okruženje su starvični, a cijena nema nikakve veze s kvalitetom. Izbjegavati pod svaku cijenu.

Very nice atmosphere, close to city centre.

Our room No 41 was really special with high cealing, gallery, big balcony. It was an easy walk to the center even with a small daughter of 3 years. We could park our car just opposite of the hotel entrance.

It was very difficult to find the hotel arriving to Sarajevo with only google map printout. There are many one way streets, poorly marked. The bathroom in our room was really small, small bath, too short curtains, no hook for the shower.

The hotel is well decorated and the rooms are very spacious. The staff speak fluent English and were great help in whatever we requested. The location of the hotel is fantastic, very close to Old Town Sarajevo but not too close to be noisy. A good night sleep is very important to us. This hotel added to the pleasure of visiting Sarajevo; we'll be back for sure.

We found the hotel convenient. Staff were very helpful. Yummy breakfast. however on the last morning of our stay the shower had no hot water. Staff suggested we had turned off the heat which was not the case. otherwise it was a good place to stay.

The staff were just wonderful. Each person went out of his or her way to assure our comfort. The decor was eclectic, and lovely. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff packed a lunch for our long journey, which was much appreciated. Chances of me returning to Sarajevo are slim, but if I do I will certainly stay at Michele again, and recommend it to anyone traveling to Sarajevo!

Walking distance from Sarajevo old town, a true boutique hotel with great atmosphere with its design and furnishing. Management / staff creates a family atmosphere with a warm hospitality. We would stay the same place when we come to Sarajevo again.

The hotel was clean and safe, the staff friendly and informative, the breakfasts were fresh and simple but tasty. A short walk to the center of Sarajevo. The Taxis from the airport were the worst part of the trip..they doublt the cost! Watch out for that! All in all a friendly clean quiet hotel run by nice honest people.

The tv service in the rooms was poor, old quality and sketchy reception.
