La camera più bella dove abbia mai soggiornato, enorme, splendidamente arredata, con pavimenti di legno e mobili antichi, la colazione sembrava un pranzo e l'atmosfera era quella di un'antica villa . Chi visita Sarajevo, deve andare in questo hotel.Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, se potessi tornerei a Sarajevo anche solo per l'albergo. Un po' difficile da trovare nonostante sia in pieno centro. |

The rooms are really big - with nice furniture and balcony. Breakfast is fine; with fresh omlette (cooked as you like it). Nice interiors. Warm welcome - and 24hours reception service. |

Warm and Friendly welcome and the "Yes we can do" spirit. Good combination of acceptable rate, acceptable location and room design. Coffee at breakfast is really excellent but supplies seem to be limited. |

The Manageres was very helpful and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely go back there as we really enjoyede our week-end. I just get the feeling that Eur 100 per room night is a little overpriced for Sarajevo. |

Generally the standards of the rooms plus the helpfulness of the staff contributed to to us having a great time in Sarajevo. The location of the Hotel suited as it was in the city centre. Only one small thing the bath/showers could do with some looking after all the fittings seemed to be loose |

Hotel Michelle has character that regular big hotels do not have, homey feeling and pleasant atmosphere with personalised rooms that you would not find elsewhere. Very friendly and welcoming staff, perfect location and nice breakfast makes the choice of staying there ideal. |

Great, unique room - huge as well. Nice family atmosphere. No problems with any requests in general (taxi, tea) - they can even order a pizza, as they have no restaurant on-site. Good breakfast - like home. Good wifi internet. Do not get me wrong about the cons, but I am travelling 180+ days/year, so I see those small things. Hotel is still great, considering the country history - I recommend it. They were cleaning my room, although I asked not to do that. Disgusting smell from the shower tubes - if you decide to have shower with jacuzzi tubes, then you should clean & disinfect it from time to time. Overpriced minibar. |

The host was fantastic - very helpful in securing a cab at a reasonable price and helping us with everything that we asked for. The room was large with a lovely bathroom and balcony. The room was lovely and light-filled which is not so good for a sleep-in! |
