ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で感じよかったです。最初の部屋はすごく広くてゴージャスだったのですが、シ- ャワーのみで、表通りに面していて少しうるさかったので、バス付きの別の部屋にしてもらいました。少し狭く- なりましたが、窓から緑が見え、静かで快適でした。朝食は着席してからオムレツを焼いてくれ、とてもおいし- かったです。 唯一改善してほしかったのは、お風呂のお湯が貯湯式で、二人続けて入ると、最後のほうが水になつてしまうこ- と。 |

Staff members were all very helpful, arranging taxis, checking train times, restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was the usual continental style but an omelette was offered additionally. Having checked out various websites before choosing the Michele, we were disappointed with the size of rooms as most reviews had mentioned at how big the rooms were so on that basis felt the room price was over priced for Sarajevo. |

Perfect, and hidden, almost a sanctuary, and yet, so close to the center. Very lovely staff, speaking even Norwegian and Swedish! :) Great atmosphere! Definitely will come back again and recommend it to my friends! |

seize, warm atmosphere, short distance to center of old city, situation in a calm street, style, design with references to history opening and closing of the doors leading to the individual rooms created much noise (a technical problem which can easily be resolved) |

Extremely large rooms , comfortable ( oversized ) bed , good breakfast , location ca 10 minutes walk to the main city attractions ( Ferhadija, Baščaršija ). A touch of luxury, not to be compared to any regular ( standard ) hotels. Definitely something worth experiencing ! Bathroom needs fixing , there was water all ower the place , every time I took shower , althoug the shower courtain was provided |

Away from the noise of the city centre but not too far to walk in for meal or tram. Free WIFI useful in room. Room well furnished, clean and very spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rather stiff walk back up the hill from town, but that was good exercise! Mosque call to prayer at 0430, but that is the city not the hotel's fault. |

Staff was excelent during whole stay. Very keen on helping, very kind and willing. The design of the hotel was very unique. Owner of the hotel organized for us very flexibly (in 15 mins) tour guide. |

The rooms are really big - with nice furniture and balcony. Breakfast is fine; with fresh omlette (cooked as you like it). Nice interiors. Warm welcome - and 24hours reception service. |

Warm and Friendly welcome and the "Yes we can do" spirit. Good combination of acceptable rate, acceptable location and room design. Coffee at breakfast is really excellent but supplies seem to be limited. |

The Manageres was very helpful and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely go back there as we really enjoyede our week-end. I just get the feeling that Eur 100 per room night is a little overpriced for Sarajevo. |
