При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях взимается EUR 5,00 с человека за ночь.
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 25,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных кроватей в номере - 1.
Максимальная вместимость детских кроватей в номере - 2.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных не допускается.

Отель оставляет за собой право предварительного блокирования средств на кредитной карте до приезда гостя.

I found Hotel Old Town at booking.com by searching in Internet. The recommendations mentioned on that side wher exactly what I found in the Hotel. Really friendly Staff, uncomplicated and quick Service and they had emediatly a save parking place for my car although I forgot to mention my need for parking in the booking. The location of the Hotel in the historic center of Sarajevo make the place really unique. I hope, that there inshallah will be a free room for me next time, when I visit Sarajevo. |

Staffs (especially Diana,lovely lady) were attent and helpful.Location is excellent for walking around old town.Sufficient breakfast.WIFI connection was ok,and it's free. The shower was a bit weak. |

This hotel, situated in the heart of the old city of Sarajevo, is warmly to be recommended. Its staff, speaking very well English, are charming, knowledgeable and helpful in all respects. The rooms are comfortable albeit not really big. A sizable breakfast is being offered. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. |

Large spacious room .comfortable big bed. Nice decor and very clean good location Was a bit noisey as it's right in the hussle and bussle. Also could hear the muslim call of prayer at 6.00 am from the adjacent mosque ;-( |

Excellent location, new modern facilities, spacious room, friendly staff, free wireless intenet in room. The breakfast was just average. Noise from the street below was bad and made it hard to sleep. That may have been due to the fact that we were there during the celebration for the last day of Ramadan. |

The hotel is great and has a great location, in he middle of the old town so the name is very appropriate! the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem was the parking that in the offer say is free and actually they charged 5 Euros (not very much) for putting the car in a metal barrack, 2 streets away from th ehotel. |

Hotel Old Town is a very quiet hotel in the middle of the old town. Perfect location, very clean, friendly staff. They promised me a free parking spot, but at the end I had to take the public parking (around 10 Euro per day) |

Location is perfect if one wants to visit old Sarajevo (the city and atmosphere is absolutely amazing) some staff was very nice and helpfull almost everyone with very good english. Rooms were nice and we had breathtaking view. Great breakfast. There was only choice to book twin/double room - we booked it and specified that we want double. Yet we came and got twin and all they did when we complained was putting beds togeather. Some staff wasnt very friendly, they wouldnt carry your luggage even if you stayed on 3rd floor (without lift). Rooms small. You could hear the noise from neighbouring rooms. |

Quality of service, location and breakfast. Would strongly recommend as a base for exploring the city, especially during the film festival. Receptionists in particular are very helpful and flexible in helping guests. On one day the room was not cleaned, but this may have been because we were late leaving in the morning. If you would like a room with a double bed you need to make this explicit when booking. |

Excellent location right in the pedestrian zone in the middle of Sarajevo old town. Very helpful that there were signs directing you to the hotel from the Latin Bridge - could elsewise have been difficult to locate. |

Most of the staff was excellent, spoke English and were pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and had variety and longer hours. It is right in the middle of old town and therefore was good to wander around, come back rest and go again. Restaurants, places to see and shops were all in walking distance. Room and bathroom were clean and neat. Room was small compared to any comparable American hotel, but I know in Europe this is common. Mattress was of poor quality. |
