What I like most is the friendly people.

Gps is not as accurately as it should be. We find it hard to locate the hotel.

The apartment was convenient and not too far from the old town (About 10 minutes walk). It was close to the less touristy part of town also (more affordable meals) and 10 minute walk from the train/ bus station. The Caretakers were attentive and stayed in contact with us to make sure we didn't need anything.

The water heater for the shower was a little iffy, other than that it was a great value for money.

Great really modern, kitchen and laundry well stocked. Washing machine. Great location half way between Stari Most (Old Bridge) and Bus station

Downstairs door was a bit difficult to lock, got woken up by mosque in mornings

Great location, everything on doorstep, retail, banks, Bridge, restaurants but quiet, new modern open plan unit with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a washing machine. Great fully enclosed courtyard. Contact met us at railway station, which was appreciated but on leaving was only a 10 minute easy walk to station. Bridge is couple of minutes walk through old city streets. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and tidy and owner spoke english. No hassles. Good location. Good for self catering, supermarket close by.

Photo on website showed double bed but the room had two singles. No washing up liquid and no tea towels.

Walking distance to Mostar's main tourist attractions

You should know what you are getting into when you book a "pansion" or "villa" rather than a regular hotel. It was not easy to find the location, a side street very easily missed. There was no "reception" or front office, only a very nice young couple who probably were waiting for us and disappeared after showing us the room, giving the keys and taking the money up front (only cash and in local currency or euros-no US dollars as they did not know the exchange rate-). When I asked for a receipt, it was delivered a few hours later by leaving it at our door step while we were away. The toilet seat was broken but we did not bother to call them to fix it. We left the next morning without seeing anyone and leaving the keys at the door.

Host was lovely and extremely helpful, helped us with trains and transferred us to and from the train station. Place was excellent, would definitely stay there again, I highly recommend this place.

The room had kitchen, fridge, washing machine etc. Very comfortable, very clean. Located really close to the old bridge. I would recommend it!!

Was not easy to find as it is a very small street and our gps map didnt had it...

It was close to the Old Bridge in Mostar.

1. Air conditioning did not work. 2. No internet although it was advertised 3. area was very ugly although close to the main street

We had a ground room with all we needed and a private terrace

Mostar is lovely - for me it's not only about the old bridge, it's rather the mix of mosques and roman-catholic churches (there is an orthodox one as well), the inner-city in its entity and you'll be able to take nice pictures of the river going through and the mountains in the back. We were impressed about the service at Pansion Behar. We only stayed for two nights, but Matthea und Sanel picked us up from the busstation and brought us to it when we left the city. She speaks English and German, he speaks English and Spanish. They offered us to visit the area around Mostar, spending some hours with us (about 6) for 40€ per person. They took us to Blagaj, the waterfalls in the south, Medugorje and Pocitelj. We enjoyed the day and the talks and were happy that we did not decide to go by bus (only to Blagaj, where you can spend at max. an hour to see everything). To put it in a nutshell: go for it!

The only thing is: the water in the shower didn't really get warm, but that is fine since we had 40°C outside the apartment.

Very nice apartment, close to the center. 300 mt. From the bridge, and staff very gracious, which give us a lift to the apartment. Recommendable.

No receipt of the payment

Pansion Behar is in city center, very closed to old bridge. The room was very clean and confortable and the girl who manages the room very very kind and hostly. We suggest it

Excellent value for money. Best shower in the Balkans. Very friendly hotelier.

Excellent location. However you must find it on the map!!! As there is no google map of mostar it can be complicated. Here is a hint: just behind the abc cafe mentioned in the western balkans lonly planet. So place is really very close of most of things a tourist would want to do in mostar in one day. The persons taking care of the place are really wonderful and will do everything to make you fill comfortable. We had the ground floor studio and was clean, spacious and had ac and wi-fi.

Terrific service from the staff. Called for directions from the bus station and was told that we would be picked up and driven to the apartment. A lovely touch. We needed to do some washing so the girls got another room ready for us to use so that we could do the washing. Very comfortable rooms with lots of space and very affective air-con (much needed in Aug)

As said earlier the washing machine wasn't working in one room, we moved, but unfortunately the machine in the next room broke down as well. Can't be helped.

Very Good location: the appartment is clean, well furnished and very quiete. The person was very nice and very helpful. The location is excellent : 10 mn walk to the old bridge and not far from the railway to visit Sarajevo. I recommand this appartment.

All was fantastic, perfect apartment, cheap, close to the center. Supermarket and banco5 close to the room. Perfect staff they came for us.

A terrific stay at the Pansion Behar!!! This was the nicest accommodation that we had during our 2-week Balkans road trip. We stayed in a small apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace. The apartment had everything that we needed: full kitchen facilities, space for a small family, washing machine, proximity to sites, grocery store... The hostess was an absolutely lovely young lady who is kind, helpful, fluent in several languages, service-oriented and she even came to came to find us when we could not find our way upon arrival. I would highly recommend a stay at the Pansion Behar!!

Position fantastic, 5 minutes walking to famous Most..Apartment was super- clean, I want to remark the kindness of Matea, who speaks also Italian very well..Best hotel of my travel in the Balkans

Hotel is located in a quiet area and not far from the city center. Behind the hotel there is parking.

Only one - was not quite clean floors in our room.
