Very good family pansion, friendly staff and a beautifull view over Sarajevo. Good continental breakfast. The old town easily to reach by taxi (about 3 Euro). Certainly recommended!! Difficult to find. Advice: If you arrive by plane take a taxi. If you arrive by car ask a taxi driver to lead you to the pansion. |

Very comfortable hotel in a beautiful location. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Very quiet place, excellent rooms and the view. A family owned pansion. Breakfast was very good. Everything is new. Parking place for car. |

Pansion Harmony is a very nice and proper pansion with a very helpfull staff. It's quite new. The room is very comfortable and has a nice balcony with a fantastic view. Free wifi in the room. Breakfast is nothing special, but okay. I visited Sarajevo many times, but for this price it was my best stay. For me it was no problem, but the pansion is not in the citycenter. It's a 30 minute walk to the old town or you can take a taxi for 5 km (2,5 euros). |

Possibility of parking, friendliness of the owners, hotel being nicely decorated, view over the city, free internet access, very comfortable beds. First of all barking of the dogs in the neighbouhood, no fan in the bathroom and very weak internet signal which would break every couple of minutes (also being slow). Anyway, I would recommend this hotel and come again. |

The Pension is very very clean, the staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home! They help you for everything you need, and their quality service is like a 4 star hotel. The wiev of downtown area from the hill is wonderful and romantic, and in only 5 minutes you are in the city center. Staying here had been a very nice experience!Free internet access, good breakfast, car-parking. |

had an excellent stay for 6 nights in Pansion Harmony. Nice view over the city. Breakfast was ok, enough for me. Hotel is quite new. Wireless internet. Friendly staff. Good beds! Single room was a bit small. Almost no space to sit behind the desk. |

I was in Sarajevo for Business Meeting Just one very simple. The rooms should have telefones for the wake up call and the invoice format should be more acceptable and in English |

clean, comfortable room, the view from the terace was beautiful-you see the city, very friendly staff (owner called us when we are coming, picked us up and showned the way to the pension), protected parking, its 25 minuts walk to the old city center, we had a great time staying there |

Attention and kindness of the owner, pleasantness of the pansion, nice view to the Sarajevo (pansion is located on the hill). It was not possible to pay service with credit card. At that time POS terminal was not installed yet. I believe this was only initial problem as hotel started operating 2 weeks before our stay. |

Beautiful panorama of Sarajevo from the balcony. Close to city center but very quiet and green. Personal service. Hard to find from the main street after dusk. Watch the location on Google aerial photo carefully. |

Austattung des Zimmers war weit über meinen Erwartungen. Das Bett komfortabel und das Badezimmer ein Traum zum Entspannen. Der Service war sehr persönlich und angenehm. Zu jedem Zeitpunkt wurden auch individuelle Wünsche erfüllt und die Mitarbeiten standen mit Rat und Tat stets zur Verfügung. Vom Einparken bis zum Finden einer Pizzeria oder der Thermen...immer haben sie sofort geholfen. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt der nach Wiederholung ruft ! |

Apprezzabile cordialità e premura di tutto lo staff dell'hotel. Curioso ed efficace il sistema di custodia delle auto. Albergo in zona tranquilla anche se non particolarmente agevole da raggiungere in auto. |
