I like very friendly and helpful staff, large and clean rooms with the beautiful view over the city, nice breakfast etc. I would highly recommend Pansion Harmony to all travellers and in the same price range it's not possible to find better accommodation in Sarajevo based on my experience.

The location is not the best but still good. It's the only thing which was not perfect.

In Harmony we spent really nice holidays. Staff was very helpful, rooms clean, breakfast delicious, neighborhood quiet and affordable prices. We would recommend this to everyone. Uroš and Nina, Slovenia

Among all country flags (specially former Yugoslav republics) on reception desk, I could not see Serbian flag. Looking forward to see it next time.

Tarik the owner was fantastic - he could not have been more helpful. He spoke fluent english, advised best restaurants, what to see, arranged taxis etc. He took out all the hastle of visiting a foreign city. Highly recommend you stay.

Awesome owners who even set off on foot to find my lost friends on their motorbikes. Great views from the patio. Great breakfast.

Be sure to study the how to get there map. Satnav doesn't quite get you there!

The staff is very eager to do everythings for guest and kind. The location is on common resident area in Sarajevo hill side. So the view can give us feeling at home.

It could be difficult little bit to get there by public transportation because of hill.

it´s kind far away from city center, so I would only recommend this hotel if you are traveling with your own car/ or willing to walk up hill/down hill every day :-)

Breakfast was good and the rooms were well heated. Hotel is located upper part of the city, so from the balcony we could see the city panorama. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

It would be hard to go to touristic city center by walking from the hotel. However, taxis are pretty affordable; Hotel to Baščaršija was around 4 euros.

This hotel is family owned and operated. Everyone works together as a team to insure the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. The included breakfast is outstanding. Someone is always available to answer questions, honor guest requests, provide airport shuttle service, etc. The view of Sarajevo is awesome from this hotel's location. A very quiet, relaxing stay!

Because this property sits away from the hustle bustle of the inner city, one will most likely need to take a taxi one way or round trip as it is not directly on any public transit line.

Lication is not easy to found

This is a nice modern hotel with excellent views over the town of Sarajevo. The staff - mainly from the owner's family and generally with good English - make it their business to check that you are OK and you have all you need. The hotel is not an easy walk to the Old Town, but hotel transport is on call to take you there when you need it for a small fee. The taxi back is just a few Euros. Being motorbikers on a long trip, we arrived with plenty of dirty washing. A full wash load of this was done at our request, promptly, and at a price that other hotels might have charged for just one or two garments. Now, that's what I call good service. Parking is secured by locked gates at night.

The owners are a family concern, whom are highly customer orientated. They will answer any of your questions and give you honest answers (not at all money orientated as you find in some countries). The Pansion itself is very clean and serves an excellent breakfast.

The check-in/welcome experience was the best we have ever received. Whenever we came down stairs or back from a trip to town we were welcomed warmly. We also loved the view of the city from our very own terrace. The cleanliness of the premises and quality and charm of the furnishings were much better than we expected at the rate we were quoted and paid. The staff was extremely attentive and warm. The included breakfast was excellent.

Before you read this please be advised that it in no way diminished the quality of our stay and would have not made some of the things we liked best about the hotel possible E.G. view and quiet location. It was quite far from the city center and uphill (a steep hill) most of the way. This barrier was totally offset by the reasonable fares and quick response of Sarajevo's taxi service, as presumably cultivated by the Pansion. Also the location made the place very hard to find with our car. All the taxis we later used had no problem. We would recommend any one driving use a GPS device or park their car and take a taxi the first time. Then go back for the car.

Hotel quality at with guesthouse warmth and feel. Very well signposted making it the easiest place to find in the Balkans. It does seem far from the city centre but really is a very cheap taxi ride so no issues there. Clean rooms with everything you need and an excellent spread at breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay again if I returned to Sarjevo.

Super friendly staff and owning family is absolutely helpful and friendly for their customers. Nice hotel with good finishing, spacious rooms, balcony with superb city view and bathroom that works properly. Secure parking is an asset. Located in beautiful area and with taxi 5min from old center for approx 3.5 euro. No need to stay in busy old town. Staff calls taxi for you and within 6 minutes (consistenly) a taxi arrives to take you anywhere you want. Going back (late at night) is also very easy; just hold one of the many taxis on the street or go to taxi stand. Taxis run on meter with start tariff of 1.5km (0.75 euro cent)

Wifi is avialable throughout hotel, but we had poor signal in our room. In lobby / breakfast area signal was ok.

This place was excellent. The guys running it were friendly and courteius throughout our stay and were always on hand to offer advice and help when we needed it. They helped us get settled and acquainted with prices in the area and were a great help. The place itself is very nice and well maintained and for us was great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were fantastic. Stay here you won't regret it! It was raining when we arrived and they brought umbrellas to our car doors. Awesome.

Great service, very good pansion and superb city.Price/quality ratio is more than excellent, but it is the friendlyness of the personel that is most charming. We hope to come back again.

No, I'm usually too lazy to write reviews but gladly make an exception for this one. For those having unreasonable expectations on the basis of the excellent reviews: this is not a 5star hotel in the centre of the city (you ain't paying for it either) but a lovely family-run pansion offering an excellent service .
