Ottimo per la bella posizione che domina la città dall'alto, per la tranquillità, per la pulizia, per la sicurezza del parcheggio video-sorvegliato, per le camere ampie e dall'arredamento raffinato, per l'ospitalità e la disponibilità dei proprietari, per la colazione abbondante e varia. Lo consiglio a chiunque anche per il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. |

La struttura, i servizi, il personale, il prezzo. Non troppo vicino al centro di Sarajevo ma grazie ai taxi ancora molto economici raggiungibile in pochi minuti. |

Pensione molto accogliente e pulita, personale molto cortese, camere ben arredate Per arrivare in centro bisogna prendere l'auto o il taxi (circa 3 euro) |

ho aprezzato il servizio, la gentilezza dello staff, la prima colazione,la pulizia e la camera molto spaziosa un po' la posizione che si' molto panoramica ma difficile da trovarsi e sebbene la gentilezza e l efficenza dello staff sono indiscutibili almeno due paroline d inglese dovrebbero essere necessarie conoscerle!! |

Apprezzabile cordialità e premura di tutto lo staff dell'hotel. Curioso ed efficace il sistema di custodia delle auto. Albergo in zona tranquilla anche se non particolarmente agevole da raggiungere in auto. |

l'hotel è situato in collina , posizione tranquilla e silenziosa , ha vista sulla città che è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi , con automobile propria o con taxi. Per chi ci va in automobile: hanno il parcheggio custodito gratuitamente. La colazione a buffet è ottima e ricca di pietanze. La struttura è coperta interamente da collegamento internet wireless. |

Guests were made feel very welcome. Accurate information about good restaurants was given. Nothing was a problem. Taxis were called and we were collected from the bus station on arrival by the owner. |

Excellent hospitality, great rooms, wonderful overview and warm guest approach. Today you rarely see such hospitality and welcome to their “family own” hotel. Staff treat you as their friend and are willing to give you help/advise on whatever. I’m pity that there is no more such hotel as this one. |

It is easy to find.It is not far away from airport. This is New hotel with Security parking in price, excellent staff, this is the best place to stay in Sarajevo. Very good view on the town. Peacefully neighbourhood. The owner helps you and advise the trips to in the town. We like this hotel a lot. We recommend this place to stay! |

Very good location. The staff are welcoming and very pleasant without being effusive, the hotel is very elegant, comfortable and conveniently located.Everything was excellent - staff; comfort; cleanliness; size of rooms; internet capabilities; location; and breakfast. The staff was the most professional.Good value for money. We really like our stay! I can recommend this hotel to everyone. |

"pansion" or b&b is an understatement - feels more like a very good hotel inside. it's quite a walk from the centre - 15 minutes for extremely fast walking people. more like 1/2h (however, taxis indeed cheap, 3Eur) |

The hotel was amazing, clean, tidy and the staff welcomed us with an excellent manner. We felt that the reception staff explained the facilities to us with great detail leaving us in no doubt to anything. The rooms were comfortable and clean.Hotel staff make your stay in hotel very comfortable. A spectacular view of the city from the room balconies.Value for money. I will recommendation this pansion. |
