Very kind staffs. They replyed all my questions and requests in kind. It is too far from center. It's on hill and 30min walk to center. Breakfast is not so special. |

Owner came to get us at outskirts of city to direct us to hotel. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Good food. |

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff most obliging. I particularly note the excellent breakfasts. There was a fine view over the city, somewhat obscured by cloud at tte time of year (late October into November) but no doubt an additional attractive feature in summer. |

Guests were made feel very welcome. Accurate information about good restaurants was given. Nothing was a problem. Taxis were called and we were collected from the bus station on arrival by the owner. |

Excellent hospitality, great rooms, wonderful overview and warm guest approach. Today you rarely see such hospitality and welcome to their “family own” hotel. Staff treat you as their friend and are willing to give you help/advise on whatever. I’m pity that there is no more such hotel as this one. |

It is easy to find.It is not far away from airport. This is New hotel with Security parking in price, excellent staff, this is the best place to stay in Sarajevo. Very good view on the town. Peacefully neighbourhood. The owner helps you and advise the trips to in the town. We like this hotel a lot. We recommend this place to stay! |

Very good location. The staff are welcoming and very pleasant without being effusive, the hotel is very elegant, comfortable and conveniently located.Everything was excellent - staff; comfort; cleanliness; size of rooms; internet capabilities; location; and breakfast. The staff was the most professional.Good value for money. We really like our stay! I can recommend this hotel to everyone. |

lovely staff, very nice rooms and great breakfast. a gated parking place available. "pansion" or b&b is an understatement - feels more like a very good hotel inside. it's quite a walk from the centre - 15 minutes for extremely fast walking people. more like 1/2h (however, taxis indeed cheap, 3Eur) |

Very friendly personnel and a very good breakfast. Taxis to the centre (which take 5 minutes) are very cheap (2 euro) and arrive within 2 minutes after call. |

The hotel was amazing, clean, tidy and the staff welcomed us with an excellent manner. We felt that the reception staff explained the facilities to us with great detail leaving us in no doubt to anything. The rooms were comfortable and clean.Hotel staff make your stay in hotel very comfortable. A spectacular view of the city from the room balconies.Value for money. I will recommendation this pansion. |

Very friendly staff and owner who were very helpful. Service and cleanliness were also excellent. This is a very good hotel for anyone to use as a touring base for the Sarajevo. |

The position of the hotel is amazing, perfect view over the city, very cheap taxi drive to all the locations in the city centre. The staff is amazingly kind and helpfull, very approachable, all the info they gave was 100% accurate. Breakfast very intimate and extremyl enjoyable, coffee machine available through out the day, secure parking on location, nothing to complain about really - very good price for what you get. I highly recomend it! |

Large room (we booked a premium room but they all looked a good size). Very clean and nice furniture. Good breakfast, staff were really helpful. It is located 30 minutes walk from the old town. Taxi's are cheap but that may not suit everyone. I guess the distance is the tradeoff for the good price and the large rooms. We would stay there again if we were going to sarajevo again. |

Family owned hotel in very peaceful environment, single room enough cool in summer time, very kind owners, good breakfast, receptionist call on demand for taxi, which arrives in few minutes, and for moderate price reach the city center in about 10 minutes. |

The owner of the hotel was very friendly and helpfull. When we arrived he served us a welcome drink and gave us lots of information about the city. The rooms are nice and clean; I have no complaints about this hotel. |

Staff were super helpful it is a little outside of town but with staff so helpful and taxis always coming within minutes it was no problem. Also it wasn't a bad walk in down the hill, just 30 minutes or so |

The host was very welcoming and helpful and speaks perfect German and very good English. There is a very safe parking spot in front of the house. The building is very recent and modern. All public areas are very clean and so was our room and the bathroom. Most rooms have a huge terrace or balcony with an amazing view over Sarajevo. The Pansion Harmony is situated on a hill overlooking the town. Therefore it is really quite during the night. The bed was very confortable and we were amazed about the huge flat screen tv. Thanks to our host we took a taxi downtown for dinner instead of the car. The taxi is really cheap and so is the food that you find in town. Excellent breakfast! We felt really safe and enjoyed our stay. |

Pansion Harmony is well run and excellent value. Although it is not within walking distance to the old town it is only a 3 euro or 10 minute taxi ride away which is easily arraged by very friendly, helpful and accomodating hosts and really should not put anyone off from staying here. The rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable, all in all I really don't have a bad word to say against it. |
