This Guesthouse is just perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town less than a 5 minute walk to the Stari Most bridge. The rooms in this guesthouse were of a very high quality and we had a beautiful breakfast served in the owner's lovely garden. Lisa, the owner was extremely helpful and just couldn't do enough for us. She picked us up in the city centre to bring us to her house and also drove us back to the bus station the next day. We will certainly visit Mostar and B&B Marshall again.

I loved everything about this guesthouse.

We loved the breakfast and the lovely breakfast girl. The location was amazing - right in the middle of every thing. Alicia was amazing - so friendly and helpful and her generosity was much appreciated. Took us to bus station and even made sure we were on the right bus. This is the BEST place to stay. Would stay there again if we ever get back that way.

    Nothing - it was great

Though everything was just super considering the property its priceless asset is Lisa. She not only picked us up at the bus station but also left us very early in the morning at the train station gratiously. We certainly will come back some day.

The hotel is right next to the stari grad and it is also in the old city so it was very convenient. Our host was very lovely woman and very helpful. She even drove us to Blagaj which is kind of outside of the city. She even took us to the bus station when we left. (For both these trips she didnt want any money even though the price for the taxis were 15 KM to blagaj!) She provides very helpful brochures of touristic places of mostar. If you take the train to Mostar you can walk to the hostel but it is a little far so call the owner lady beforehand. We loved the room which was clean, convenient and wifi was good.

Best place to stay in center of old town Mostar, with own parking, easy to find, very clean and nice apartments. Also, for this price you can not find better place in Mostar. Do not look further, this is the apartment you want to book. In addition, Alisa is very helpful and polite host, so you will not be disappointed.

We arrived for our stay rather late at night and so we didn't have a full appreciation for the location until morning. We took a taxi from the bus station and upon arrival the owner Alisa told us that if we had told her when we were arriving she would have met us at the bus station and given us a ride to the apartments. In the morning we were able to fully appreciate that this hotel is really located in the heart of old Mostar and on cobblestoned streets. These are not flat and low lying streets, there are many slopes and hills here so if your mobility is challenged expect to have a difficult time navigating the streets. There are bridges to cross, streets to explore and the Old Bazaar is really one souvenir shop after another with streets that slope up and down and all around. You will end however on a paved road in the newer section of town where you will find restaurant after restaurant and cafes so getting through the streets is well worth the walk. Our room was large and clean. There was one tiny window and most importantly in winter the heater worked really well. The bathroom was large. The shower spray did not stay on however so we had to shower one handed in order to keep the shower spray running. The bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was served in the morning and was way more food than two people could eat. There is 24 hour hot water available to make tea or coffee. There is a refrigerator for people to store items and also a communal kitchen if guests feel like cooking a meal or two. The kitchen is on the first floor located between rooms 1 and 2. The rest of the rooms are located up the stairs on the third floor and there is no elevator. There was a TV with a lot of channels and also the Wi-Fi worked really well. They have an outdoor patio and I'm sure in summer it would have been a nice place to sit and relax or eat a meal or two that we had cooked ourselves. The owner drove us to the bus station the morning we left.

The shower nozzle did not stay on so showering was sort of difficult - this is however an easy fix.

The owner was very helpful and the rooms were super clean. Each room was with the air-condition. The old bridge is literally 1 min walking. There is even a small swimming pool that will certainly help you cool down.

This is indeed great location if one plans to see Mostar's old town. We had a good comfortable room. Alicia, owner of the pansion is a very helpful, friendly, cheerful host. If you ask her reco for best local food restaurant for dinner, or for morning breakfast you woun't be dissappointed:)
