The hotel's walls are incredibly thin, so you can hear doors closing
from other rooms, other guests taking shower, and so on, which is a
serious problem for the light-sleepers. The breakfast was not very
diversified, full of sweet stuff and no fruits or yoghurt. It should be
optional. Rooms are very small; the door from the balcony could not be
opened completely, as it was hitting the bed. The surrounding buildings
are very close, so you have to pay attention when undressing or going to
the bathroom. WiFi works only in the lobby and in front of the hotel,
but the speed is ok.
The location is excellent, about 200 m from St. James Church. They offer
free private parking space, which is a major plus in that area of
Medjugorje. The owner is very kind, willing to help, to offer advice,
even if she sometimes finds it hard to speak English. The morning we
left she arranged for us to have breakfast early (6 am). The hotel is
clean. Beds are ok.
