Hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen. Sijainti erinomainen ja taso kokonaisuutena hyvä. Hotellin omistaja varasi haluamamme koskenlaskuretken, joka onnistui hyvin.Ystävällinen ja rauhallinen ilmapiiri. Hotellissa tuntui turvalliselta majoittua.

Hotellin aamiainen ei meille oikein maistunut.Lisäksi aamiainen oli hieman niukka ainakin siihen nähden, mihin Etelä-Euroopassa olemme tottuneet. Kuitenkin pärjäsimme hyvin.

Very friendly staff, even poured me a drink upon arrival. Bags were carried up to my room and everything went very smoothly.

The location in the old town was excellent, though I had hoped for a better view.

Cleanliness- impeccable.Location amazing right adjacent Mostar Old town about 200-300 m form the old bridge. Wifi access terrific. Generous upgrade to a rooom with a view so appreciated by my family, After a 2 night stay wanted to stay longer as was so good!.A Superb hotel!

Absence of elevator . Only a problem with moving luggage. Staff assisted with this., So not much of a problem.

The family who run the hotel are an absolute delight. They simply cannot do enough for you to make your visit a good one, starting with a very welcome drink as you arrive and your cases are whisked away to your room for you. The breakfast was excellent. Fabulous choice and very good quality food. Very comfortable dining area. The rooms and bathrooms have everything you might require and are spotless. They do not charge a single supplement, but charge per room which is a bonus for the single traveller. There is obviously a great deal of thought put into the decoration which gives a home from home quality to the venue. For the price, it was superb. I would certainly recommend it to anyone seeking accomodation in Mostar. I wish the owners and staff all the very best for the future and cannot compliment them enough on the great job they are doing. Please make sure that they see my comments.

The steps to the rooms might present a problem and perhaps should be mentioned prior to completing booking just in case someone is unable to do steps.

We loved our stay at this true gem in Mostar. The staff were welcoming and considered all of our requests, the beds large, the bathrooms clean and the whole room comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and included, they even made a cappucino with my own soy milk I brought!

There is some noise from clubs that could be heard at night, even though we were on the 3rd floor, but ear pligs did the trick!

Location - close both to the bus station and the bridge. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

Large, comfortable, well furnished, very clean, air-condtioned room. Location of this hotel relative to the old town and bridge is excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast included. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. There is no elevator, for those who have problems with stairs.

Great hotel room with some apartment amenities. Location is superb. So is the breakfast.

Spacious room and close to old town.

What is it with two single sheets on a double bed in this part of Europe? Not specific to this hotel. No lift, did get help with bags. Don't accept credit card and we did notice someone else's details printed out on a desk as we left, shouldn't have someones cc details available for other people to see.

The room was great, the staff very nice.

Perfect location to visit the old centre of Mostar. Well indicated, hospitable staff, lofty rooms, elaborate breakfast. Breakfast is served in a tranquil Rooms are a bit noisy due to its location near well- visited pubs. Yet, noise stops after 11 pm and is never irritating. Parking facilities are ok and free of charge, but since the parking facilities are too small for a minibus, you need to pay extra to park your minibus in a nearby guarded parking. To summarize: certainly a good bargain, and I hope to visit the hotel again !

We have nothing but superlatives for this hotel. It is a real treasure. And we loved breakfast!
