De l'extérieur quant on arrive dans cette ruelle on est un peu surpris mais une fois à l'intérieur c'est excellent . L'appartement est neuf trés bien équipé la cuisine trés bien et le couchage parfait, petit plus une trés belle terrasse . Je le recommande trés vivement ;pour l'excellent petit dejeuner la gentillesse du personnel et la ville de Mostar bien sur ....... Le parking pas vraiment "privé" mais ils nous ont trouvé de la place , le paiement en espéces il ne prennent pas la carte visa et ils nous invitent au distributeur en face (si comme moi vous n'avez pas d'espéces avec vous) . |

Le fait d'avoir un appartement à la place d'une chambre (ce que j'avais réservé), car "il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible". Le non-professionnalisme de certains personnels ; le fait de devoir payer en espèces. Je n'ai jamais beaucoup d'espèces avec moi, et jamais en monnaie étrangère. La place parking promise n'existe pas. |

Room was big with good facilities. Within easy walking distance of sights. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Minor issues - room had no view, hairdryer not efficient. |

The young lady on reception was excellent - did all she could to get my room made up as I had arrived earlier. Also location was ideal (6-7 mins walk to the train station and 5 minutes to the Old Bridge). Room was very nice for the price (good value for money). You have to pay by cash (no credit cards) !! |

The people running this hotel are very warm and hospitable. They could'nt do enough for us. The rooms are modern and well equiped. For your information, please note that they had not received notification from you for this booking. Fortunately they had one large suite available. You may want to look into this . |

Very large, clean, comfortable, well equipped rooms with friendly attentive staff on the edge of the main tourist areas and a reasonably short walk from the 'Bridge'. Driving in it was really well signposted from the edge of town in a none satnav area. For us no, but the lack of a lift in a five storey hotel may deter others. |

The hotel is very well located for getting around Mostar. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the best we've ever had. It's not possible to pay by credit card, be sure you have the cash. |

The staff was very friendly, speaking English very well. They made us feel very comfortable. The room was very clean and offered plenty of facilities (hair dryer), TV, aircondition. It was exactly as shown on this site. Also, breakfast was excellent! |

This was an excellent hotel, very central with a lovely breakfast and very helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and extremely well equipped. We wanted for nothing! I would suggest that the outdoor signage for this hotel does not suggest to passers by what a high quality establishment it is, the signs looked a bit down market, however, the hotel was first class. It was a bit annoying to find that they did not take credit cards. |
