Everything, they gave us a bigger room for the same price, the staff was great and they also were waiting for us at the car parking to lead us to the hotel entrance. The breakfast was excellent!

One of our rooms was pretty dark as the only window faced a wall.

Excellent hotel and great facilities. Good road signs when arriving by car. Room was amazing big with small kitchen. Everything was clean and very good shape. Breakfast was really good and tasty. Very kind staff all the time. It was small surprise that there wasn't elevator in hotel but that wasn't problem for us.

Wifi was really poor in fourth floor. Would be nice to pay with card.

Beautiful ambience and delightful, family run small hotel with great breakfast. Very attractive rooms. 4th floor with balcony was stunning. Look out over the jade green river to see stone roofs, minarets, cross. Bosnian history in a glance. There's no elevator which would be hard for some, but fine for us (ages 67, 80). Hired son in law as driver to coast--also excellent.

The hotel is very close to the city center and the old bridge. We were upgraded, the studio we had was big and comfortable, with kitchen, which is highly appreciated when you have a baby. We also had a baby bed in the room. The train station is 10 mins walking. Breakfast was good.

The hotel does not have an elevator, but they let us leave our baby stroller in the ground floor so it was ok. The reception is not open 24 hours and we had to leave very early so they had to open it and do breakfast specially for us, but the lady was busy and it took a while, so we were stressed to miss our train. Thank God we made it.

Free upgrade from double room to apartment (not asked for) New bathrooms

Blankets way too short. Had to use 2 blankets (i am just 1,71) / i told manager it's weird to use 2 blankets and she felt started being unfriendly, for a hotel it's poor that you have to pay cash

In old part of Mostar, 5 min walk to old bridge, very friendly staff, parking 50m away with 24/7 surveillance

WIFI very slow , would be good idea to introduce password, I would preffer to pay for good connection than loosing time with not working one.

I would recommend this hotel to family & friends and would happily stay there again. If any staff who work at 5 star hotels are visiting Mostar, I would recommend that they stay at the Pellegrino. There they will will learn what service and what a well appointed hotel is meant to be.

Very near the Mostar Bridge. Spacious and roomy studio room. Staff was helpful and helped us look for parking nearby (the hotel itself is in a no-car zone)

Hotel staff not very well versed in English - there was a little bit of communication issues. Windows in room could be double or triple glazed? Morning prayers at 6am were loud and woke us up. Travel light as there are no lifts in this hotel and if you have heavy luggage and get allocated a higher floor, there will be many steps to climb!

I really liked the staff as did my girlfriend. They were all really nice, friendly, and accommodating. The location is fantastic to see the Stone Bridge. Parking is right across and a tiny bit across the street. For only Euros 5 per night, parking is guarded. Breakfast is great and late night beer while uploading photos was a found memory. Room was large and clean and came with a kitchen. I'd stay again. Loved the city and wish we had more than two nights. Let me repeat; the staff was fantastic. Really nice people.
