I have been many times to the Hotel Pellegrino during the last three years, for business and tourism, and it never ceases to amaze me. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially the owner, a stunningly beautiful lady. The rooms are clean and well furbished. Be sure to reserve an apartment, very big and comfortable. |

The rooms were spacious and spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, close to the Old City as well as to some of the more interesting historical sites. The breakfast was very good with cooked-to-order eggs. We intend to return and the next time we will reserve a room with a terrace. They were lovely rooms with beautiful views of the city and the river. Be prepared to pay in cash even though you reserve the room with a credit card. The staff can direct you to a nearby cash machine. Be sure to reserve parking with the hotel in advance. The parking lot is just down the street, but it can be difficult to find a spot even if you have reserved a space. The staff will assist you. |

The location, right in the centre of Mostar, is excellent. As we stayed for 4 nights we were 'upgraded' and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent. I chose this hotel because the website says you can pay by credit card but the day before we left we were told that this was not working and that we would have to pay in cash. This is not uncommon in Mostar but it should be stated on the website that this may be a possibility. |

The staff were lovely. We had a baby with our party and the staff went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel based on their great service. |

Kindeness of the staff, size of the room, large balcony with the view, quality of breakfast, not expensive, located in downtown. Parking lot not always available. |

Location of this hotel is perfect as a base for touring and is close to the old town. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Room was clean and breakfast was very good. Parking may be an issue for some. It wasn't for us though luckily. The hotel recommends you reserve parking if necessary on booking which I would advise also! |

tolles Ambiente im Haupthaus, vorzügliches Frühstück, nette Mitarbeiter , zentrale Lage, Verwirrung darüber, dass Doppelzimmer nicht im Haupthaus, sondern in einem entfernteren neuen Nebengebäude untergebracht sind, obwohl im Internet so angegeben |
