Presenetila naju je izredna čistoča in opremljenost z tehničnimi dodatki. Zajtrk je bil obilen in raznovrsten.

Excellent location near walking street in old town. Good room, spacious, with good bed. Locked front door and very safe.

In room WiFi was weak, but OK in the lobby.

The room was bad. The view was a concrete wall 2 metres away. 5 floors, no elevator. All to high price for that room.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable and well furnished. General internal decor is lovely. Location is fairly good, close to the Old Town and Bridge

We had made a family booking, as we had our two children. Unfortunately the hotel had reserved the fourth floor room for us and there us no elevator ! The staff dud assist to carry our suitcases up / down the stairs. Breakfast was simple but very nice. Unfortunately NI lunch nor dinner is served. Would still return to this hotel in the future.

This hotel shouldn't even be listed on booking.com. I ave been travelling all over Europe and I have barely seen something like this: - first, no reception open 24 hours a day which is a shame for an hotel pretending to be a four stars hotel - secondly, no hot water in the room (we paid 90 euros) - last but not least, when the staff made a copy of my passport, they kept it until we left. Unfortunately as we had to leave early on the morning and that no one was present at the reception desk, we almost missed our bus. - finally, the tenant lady was extremely rude on the morning we left. There was non one at the reception, we had to wake her up and it was like we were disturbing her. In a nutshell, this hotel is a rip off. However, Mostar is a great city and people are really welcoming like evrywhere else in the Balkans so just don't pick up this hotel and still enjoy the region.

Under difficult circumstances (the fact that Mostar as a city was badly damaged in the Homeland War and is still rebuilding), the owners of Hotel Pellegrino have done a supurb job of making the Hotel as comfortable as possible for their guests. The rooms are very large and spacious. The bathroom clean and functional. From the Hotel it is an easy walk to the Stari Most (Old Bridge) and tghe market area.

There are no lifts in the building. We had to carry suitcases up/down 4 flights of stairs.

The staff were pleasant on our arrival and were informative. The rooms were nice and the distance to the old town was walking distance. Breakfast was ok.

The staff are very nice and helpful, we took a one day trip to Sarajevo, they provided a earlier breakfast and even drove us to train station to let us catch up 8:00am train, when we took bus to leave for Split in mid- noon at a very hot day, they drove us to bus station. And they upgrade a big room to us because we booked three nights stay. The breakfast buffet is nice. The hotel location is good, between train station(bus station) & old town, to each place only 5 to 7 minutes walking. And they also provided a half day local tour to five interesting place close to Mostar, I also recommend this tour.

The Pellegrino is a boutique style hotel right on the edge of the pedestrianised old town of Mostar. It is an excellent location for visiting the bridge and other attractions. There is a separate parking area, close by, on the main road and is well signposted once visitors are near the old town.

If you need more space and trees, you should choose an other hotel on the other side of the Neretva. As Hotel Pellegrino is located in the old downtown of Mostar, it is very crowded.

Location great to access the bridge and old town and train and bus stations. On arrival told had been upgraded to larger room at and it was spacious with own kitchenette and large bathroom. Had so many little extras, very enjoyable stay.

No lifts but our bags were taken to the room.

We reserved a double and a single room. On arrival the hotel only had one room with two double beds available. Even though the room was of a higher category it was just one room as opposed to the two we booked. The hotel staff acted as if we had to be thankful for their change. Instead of free private parking as offered we were asked to pay. Upon insisting on free parking they got really unfriendly.

The staff was excellent. Upon arrival they offered us cookies and a drink. They carried our bags upstair to our room. Our room was very large, had a great bed, and a wonderful private terrace. The bathroom had all fresh linens and a nice hot shower.

We found the Pellegrino a great hotel. The welcome drink and nibblies were a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating, arranging a last minute local area trip for us-we had limited time there. The breakfast was very good.

Super Nettes Personal. Ist das perfekte Hotel für Städtereise nach Mostar. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden.
