Big room and bathroom, very quiet, clean, good connectivity with the center of the town Too hot in rooms and have windows that can't open so it's pretty stuffy, curtain in the bathroom cannot close so you have a feeling everyone from outside can see you while showering (luckily we stayed on 6th floor), there is something missing to actually deserve 5 stars (you can see how clumsy was the work done in the bathroom around the tub for example)

Modern hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Good parking. Excellent price via Booking.com! Use it for booking because normal price is minimum 30% higher Mac Air and iPad unfriendly rooms. Without wireless internet in rooms. Only cable net. Poor breakfast.

This hotel doesnll five stars! Allthough the rooms are very spacy it's very cheap furniture and bath equipment is allso very poor. The breakfast is more for a two star hotel!

The best thing in the hotel is the hotel staff, very, very cordial, at the reception desk as well as in the restaurant. The bedroom and the bathroom are both very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Very nice lifts. I found the room furniture not approprite to the 5* hotel. It is of a low quality and probably because of this some pieces are in a bad shape and do not look very nice. We had a leather armchair badly damaged in our room which should be thrown away. In the hotel lobby nice leather sofas are accompanied by a very simple, wooden tables. In the room yellow curtains should be replaced by thicker or darker ones otherwise one wakes up early in the morning. We were not very happy with the breakfast, the choice should be bigger. We did not use the swimming pool but were told that it is open only in the morning.

Everything regarding the hotel! Room, pool, restaurant... Hotel staff is a bit disorganized... If they manage to organize their staff, the overall impression would be pure 10!

very standard and simple hotel. i had already much better once in Sarajevo. service guys in the restaurant on the top are very bad and breakfast is more then worse.

Dobar lobby, pogled iz restorana, relativno velika soba i kupaonica. Vrlo bučan sistem grijanja/hlađenja u sobi, nedostatak poštene ventilacije, nemogućnost otvaranja prozora, velika ali loše projektirana kupaonica, buffet doručak značajno lošiji od očekivanog. Hotel je više nego pristojan i pruža dobar value for money, ali je još uvijek daleko od onog što 5* hotel mora pružiti.

Der Ausblick vom Restaurant war mit Abstand das Beste an diesem Hotel obwohl das Essen dort wiederum nicht so empfehlenswert ist. Im Bad war staendiger Gestank aus der Toilette zu vernehmen. Personal war immer unfreundlich. Service entsprach nicht einmal 2 Sternen. Spabereich war zum vergessen.

Ik reis weekelijks en kom over heel de wereld dus ik mag wel zeggen dat dit geen 5 sterren is maar max 3 het is dan ook een schande dat dit 5 sterren heeft op jullie site ik moet wel zeggen dat het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam is zij verdienen 6 sterren Het is gewoon een 3 sterren hotel in plaats van 5 de kamers zijn zo goedkoop !!!

Ovaj hotel je cist, komforan. Ima lep bazen, spa centar i restoran na samom vrhu hotela. Grejanje hotela nije na normalnom nivou vec se mora moliti za povecanje. U 11 sati na dan otkazivanja iskljucuju struju u sobi. Osoblje koje je zaduzeno za ciscenje sobe ulazi i kada ste u sobi kako bi proveravali koriscenje mini bara. Prozori se ne otvaraju a nema ventilaciju. Grejanje je bucno i po nekada se ne moze spavati. Dorucak na nivou od 2 zvezdice, sa tri tanjira svedski sto. Placanje je na recepciji bez obzira na karticu kojom ste rezervisali.
