The Radon very reasonable for being an upmarket hotel, albeit in bosnia. Large room, the cheapest in room bar prices I have ever seen, and an awesome revolving restaurant. Helpful reception staff. Free parking and a cheap ride into the old town. The bathtub water drained onto the floor. Terrible breakfast - the hot food was cold and indelible. Smoking in the coffee shop and in the restaurant.

Excellent cleanliness. I had a smoking room and it was never smelly!! Good food in the restaurant. The breakfast variety could be improved. The coffee was not as good as expected.

The restaurant the left the massage the reception front door view staff helpful if you need . My message to management team the hotel need care .I saw 1 the fitness room not good . breakfast some fruit was out of date and not much available .the sauna room no light dark .no smoking room no window to open in any room.and staff need to smile didn't see much smile like staff in le merdain .please go visit le merdain in split city in Croatia that hotel 5 star and your hotel 5 star also but so diffident .thanks for your services still I appreciated your welcome me hope you prove your services regard

Hotel deluje moćno i to je sve! Ali posle prvog utiska dolaze utisci o nedostacima , koji se ne mogu oprostiti. hotel je na nivou 3 zvezdice. Sve je ispod nivoa 5 zvezdica osim rasporeda i veličine smeštajnog prostora. U kupatilu više nedostataka: otrcana kada, malo peškira, nedostatak salveta, papira i ubrusa . Nema iznenađenja. Mini bar skup, po običaju. Švedski sto ispod svakog nivoa.Nema duha Bosne. Hotel deluje impozantno u prostoru i to je što privlači i što je najbolji utisak.
