The hotel is one of the best in Sarajevo. It´s a bit far from the center, but is on the TRAM LINE, the number 3 tram goes right to the Old Town, taking about 30 min. and costing 1 euro. It´s a nice hotel, with "Bosnian Idiosyncracies". - in my room, the shower head was bent over and you couldn´t stand under the shower, so you had to hose yourself manually. The air con and heating are good, but sometimes it´s a little hot - I found it hard to regulate. The fridge did not seem cold!!!!!!!!! (not sure if it was really on). The breakfast was QUANTITY but not of great QUALITY, some of the cold cuts/lunch meat were a little difficult to digest, the omelettes weren´t hot, etc. But it was aceptable. Overall, I enjoyed staying there, nice view from the Revolving Restaurant (which didn´t revolve!), and it´s a good hotel considering all of the difficulties that Bosnia has undergone in the past few years after the war.

The breakfast was good in QUANTITY, but the quality of some of the things could be improved (some things were cold, the lunch meat/cold cuts weren´t too nice)
Shower head in my room "drooped", couldn't stand under it. Fridge not very cold. But minor difficulties, I guess.
