I think the revolving resturant and the size of the rooms are very good, the hotel make an ideal venue to meet clients in a comfortable envioroment Due to the number of people smoking and the lack of ventilation the hotel was very smoky especially on the ground floor and resturant. Comming from a country where smoking is only permitter in certain areas I found this uncomfortable. |

Close to the airport, spacious rooms. Heating at the bath room wasn't working. at winter time its more then a luxury. |

Inte så mycket för ett hotell med 5 stjärnor Först fick jag ett rum som är invalidanpassad som inte passar till vanliga människor. Nästa dag jag ville byta rum och krävde ett rum till icke rökare men fick ett rum för rökare och hade inte tid och kraft att flyta en gång till. Ja har fått känsla att de struntar i att du är nöjd eller inte. |

Das Hotel ist modern und sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und nett, wie überall in Sarajevo. Das Hotel befindet sich nicht in der Nähe des Zentrums, die Zimmer könnten grösser sein. Mir hat Hotel Europe viel viel besser gefallen, in jedem Hinsicht, und ist günstiger. |

dicht bij de luchthaven, lekker eten in het restaurant airco maakte lawaai, en was niet uit te zetten. Tl lamp in kamer knipperde constand. Het hotel zou een vernieuwbeurt kunnen gebruiken |

Die Abwertung der Serviceleistungen erfolgt wegen des wirklich miserablen Frühstücksbuffet. Das ist 2 Sterne Standard und des ansonsten guten Hotel nicht wirklich entsprechend ! |

Ich besuche viele Hotels Weltweit, und für das Geld und lage des Hotels war es nicht gut. zu Teuer da erwarte ich für 5sterne was anderes. Personal sehr unfreundlich, Fruhstück Katastrophe, roch im Hotel sehr nach Schimmel. |

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig ,die Ausstattung entspricht den Sternen des Hauses, Schwimmbecken ist sauber ,das Restaurant im 15.Stock ist empfehlenswert. Die Abrechnung /das Auschecken im Hotel ist noch verbesserungsfähig |

Otel merkeze yakın.Personel oldukça yardımcı .Odalar ferah ve rahat. Kahvaltı büfesi ve mekanı güzel. İş oteli olarak sınıflandırabilirim. Odalar daha özenli olabilir. |

Fine rom Vi booket oss inn på dette hotellet delvis pga spa-tilbudet. Da vi kom var det imidlertid ingenting som fungerte. Dvs bassenget var stengt pga kaldt vann og badstu og steamrom var ikke slått på.. Vi fikk inntrykk av at hotellet valgte å ikke bruke strøm på dette da det var få gjester midt i uken. |

Die Küche und der Service waren sehr gut. Aus dem Restaurant in der 15 Etage erhält man ein wunderschönes 360 Grad-Panorama. (Ähnlich dem Café vom Berliner Fernsehturm) Der Fitnessbereich war unzureichend ausgerüstet. Die Benutzung der vorhandene Geräte barg die Gefahr der Verletzung. |

La cama, el colchon es grande y confortable y el desayuno en el restaurante circular 1 recepcionista poco atenta y dispuesta a solucionar problemas, la tarima de madera en la entrada de la habitacion (cada vez que entraba o salia el cliente de la habitacion de arriba, se le oia en la tarima) , no funcionamiento del telefono, y baño no acorde a 5 estrellas |
