The staff were excellent, especially Adi. It had the only restaurant that was busy around town and with good reason. The food was fantastic as was the price and service. |

the location, the hotel style, the room and specially beds and having a studio with "living room", the friendly owner. the bathroom is very small and thus not so comfortable + ventilation is not so good. besides the cost of dinner was too high in my opinion. I wold recomend not to eat there. |

Excellent location. OK with car parking. Excellent furnishings. Room very well equipped. Very freindly service. Great prices both of stay rate and restaurant Nil. Highly recommended. |

Our room was nice and the staff were friendly. It is in a very good location. They didn't take credit cards when we were there and this was not apparent until we were checking out. The internet was not working. Although the location was brilliant it was a little difficult to find in the first place. The food in the restaurant is fine but the service was very, very slow and on our first night we were given an expensive bottle of wine when we wanted the house wine. |

Sehr zentrumsnah. Trotzdem ohne Verkehrslärm. Denkmalgeschützte kleine Gebäude. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplätze gibt es, aber eventuell noch bessere Lösungen wären zu suchen. |

Staying at this hotel was a great experience, and mainly because of the location in the old town of Mostar, a very good kitchen and excellent service. The rooms are small and plain, but most of them have the advantage of some outdoor space. We had a great lunch brought up to the terrace outside our rooms, and from there we had a nice view to the town and surrounding mountains. |

Das Hotel war sehr Zentral, und sehr nah an der alten Brücke, was nur gut war. Das Personal war sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Essen, bzw. die Gerichte, die man im Hotel eigenem Restorant bestellen konnte waren sehr gut und günstig. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick waren auch super. Das Badezimmer war leider sehr klein und die Tür ließ sich nicht schließen. Jedoch hatte man das Problem mit der Tür gleich versucht zu beheben. Das Frühstück war leider nicht so doll und was uns am meisten gestört hatte es gab keinen richtigen Kaffee zum Frühstuck,sonder nur aufgelösten Neskaffee.Die Parkmöglichkeit und Reservierung entsprach nicht der Angabe.Geparkt wird auf öffentlicher Strasse |

Hôtel très joli et très bien situé. Le restaurant est bon mais on nous a donné d'office le vin le plus cher de la carte, alors que nous souhaitions le vin maison (problème déjà signalé par un autre client sur votre site), de plus ils annoncent 10% de remise sur les repas au clients de l'hôtel et ne les appliquent que sur certains plats. L'hôtel a refusé le paiement par Carte Bleue VISA alors que c'est une des raisons pour lesquelles nous l'avions choisi !!! Mauvaise organisation: notre chambre a été attribuée à un couple et comme les chambres sont très petites nous nous sommes retrouvés à trois avec les lits collés. Pas d'internet ni de parking. |
