Good Location, nice friendly staff - upgraded the room for free. Pleasant feel to accommodation and vicinity. Great base for visiting Mostar for a few days. Only accepting payment via credit card after accepting a reservation via booking.com who have already taken your card details a bit unfair as we incurred a fee withdrawing cash from the cash machine to pay for room.. Very noisy at nights from other hotels in vicinity - surprising given tranquil nature of area during day -. Drinks very expensive in bar compared to next door. Room 101 shower didn't meet safety requirements as it could scald the inform or young and there was no warning or instructions. |

Perfect location The air conditioning unit and in-room fridge where loud and probably needed a service. Also, the bed was rock hard and you could hear the people in the room next room talking. Mind you they where americans. |

The staff were absolutely great. They could not have been more helpful and welcoming, especially as we arrived later than planned. The room was spotless, had great air conditioning and a compact but clean bathroom. Breakfast was also very good, as was our dinner in the hotel restaurant. Mostar and the people there were also a delight - we found our way to the hotel by showing a paper with the address, and one man got up from his cafe table and practically took us there. Mini (mega!) fridge in the room was very noisy, but we unplugged it with no problems. Would be better if the hotel management bought some different and quieter ones, though. Also, without assistance, we might not have found it - signs outside just say Motel-Restoran! |

First of all, the hotel staff is very kind, helpful. They really care about your comfort and they provide you an excellent service. The location of the hotel is perfect, just nearby the old bridge. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, moreover, the rooms have a terrace with an icredible view. |

Everything! The staff was wonderfully helpful, the hotel manager perfectly professional, the room comfortable and very well-equipped, the location convenient for the Old Town, and the price more than good value. I liked everything. |

Great location near the Old Bridge, comfortable, next to an excellent restaurant, and good value. Don't eat lunch or dinner there - go next door to the Taurus instead. |

I was assigned to a tiny attic room with minature beds and a sloping celing that was less than four feet high in some places. The room looked nothing like the photos of comfortale rooms that the hotel has placed on the internet. To make matters worse, the room was absolutely infested with bugs. Tiny room, low ceiling, tiny beds, bugs |

We arrived in Mostar on what seemed like the hottest day of the year with our 2 children but the welcome we all received at Kriva Cuprija was amazing. Our car was parked and unloaded, cool drinks provided and the most wonderful lunch served on the terrace. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. This hotel is simple but the welcome is 5 star. Go and experience for yourself the very best customer service. |

The location, down near the Stari Most and old town, was great as all the sights were right out the front door of the hotel. Staff were helpful. Very difficult to find the hotel and not really close to the train/bus station |

The reception we received from Adi was very welcoming, an absolute gentleman. The hotel is in a great spot right near the bridge and beautiful old town. We also really enjoyed the dinner (try cevapcici). |

Nice private accomodation away from the busyness of the town. They advertised acceptance of visa card but stated that the credit card machine did not work. Paid in four different currencies using all the cash we had because we could not pay by visa. Adi the hotel manager stated that their restaurant was half the price of other places in Mostar so we ate their, when in fact they were twice as expensive as the restaurants in town. Our mistake for trusting the hotel staff. |

Beautifully placed hotel, very quaint, and unique with the local appeal. Very friendly and helpful staff, restaurant food was amazing!!! Thanks!! The location was a bit off the road so we had to lug our bags some ways before reaching the hotel. The cobble stones that paved the way around the hotel was a bit slippery when it rained so I wouldn't suggest it for the disabled or elderly. |

This was the cutest hotel that I have ever stayed in with it's chocolate box like rooms. The hotel was very authentic with all the mod coms. It offers an amazing location with the most beautiful views. Apart from it's cleanliness and warm atmosphere, the staff are very professional and accommodating. |

Fantastic location just few meters from the Old Bridge, the main attraction of Mostar. Hotel managers well trained and look after each customer. |

Hotel Kriva Cuprija 2 is built in Austro-Hungarian style, lovingly designed with a superb restaurant and located in the heart of the UNESCO-protected town of Mostar. |
