Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Cuprija  

En el centro de Mostar con aparcamiento disponible de forma gratuita. Está en una zona preciosa y el conjunto del hotel está muy bien, ambientando con el entorno. La habitación era muy amplia.

Hay que subir escaleras y, con las maletas, es algo incómodo; pero repetiría, sin duda. La ducha tiene poca presión, pero te duchas sin problemas, aunque tiene un sistema algo arcaico para calentar el agua.

Sin ninguna duda, la amabilidad del personal. Hablan excelente inglés, y se deshicieron conmigo: me ayudaron a conectarme al WiFi y me insistieron en usarlo sentado en el restaurante incluso sin consumir nada; hicieron por mi un par de llamadas a otras ciudades del país para preguntar por horarios de autobuses que sin ellos nunca hubiera sido capaz de averiguar... Realmente, magnífico. Una opción mucho más que excelente para visitar Mostar.

El personal del hotel fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento. La ubicacion es fenomenal para visitar los lugares de interes ya que esta muy cerca del puente viejo

Un hotel muy bonito en un sitio precioso

El lugar donde esta situado es impresionante. El Hotel tiene un encanto muy especial y unas vistas formidables, las mejores de Mostar. El personal es muy atento y un gerente incluso habla español. El resto del personal hablan todos ingles perfectamente.

Superb location very close to all sights, very stylish, lots of running water and even a waterfall around (the name of the hotel means "Crooked bridge")... Despite of having booked an ordinary room I've been upgraded to an apartment with living room, bedroom and a terrace at the same rate! The staff was most courteous and helpful, they have surrounded me with personal attention like I was the only guest in the hotel. Manager Adi was always ready to go the extra mile for me, for example when police wanted to tow away my improperly parked motorcycle. The breakfast was tasty and varied and was served on a lovely terrace overlooking the river. I recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely return there someday.

First of all we got the warmest welcoming ever to a hotel! The whole staff were very friendly. Location was excellent for a one nigth visit to Mostar. Breakfast was ok. The room was very clean and felt like you were at home.

There were a parking place but it was a bit difficult to drive in and very small so if you have a big car then you could have a problem.

We liked everything about the Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Cuprija! This place is not to be missed if you are in Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovinia. The service is friendly and helpful, the food is great, the inn itself is a fabulous place - in a converted mill in the heart of the old city. The room was very charming, clean and comfortable. This is an a+ place in our opinion.

The hotel acknowledges that it is difficult to locate. Give yourself time to find it in daylight. We asked for into at a tourist information kiosk and they called the hotel. Someone came to get us so it worked out fine. LIke many, many places in the Baltics, they don't accept credit cards nor do the artisans in the surrounding market. Apparently there is a lot of credit card fraud in the Balkans. This is something to be prepared for. Also, we found our gps cannot identify locatins in the old cities in the Baltics yet so don't count on that for finding places.

Kriva Cuprija is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is welcoming and extremely helpful. We also had a memorable meal in the hotels restaurant. The hotel is located adjacent to the historic Crooked Bridge and is only a very short walk away from the famous recently reconstructed bridge over the Neretva River and Mostar's old town. The hotel us located above a creek which is picturesque but a bit malodorous during our stay. The smell was not noticeable from the hotel, however, and it would be a mistake to avoid the hotel for this reason. Like us, many visitors to Mostar add a visit to the town on to a holiday in Croatia and the contrast between that country and this part of Bosnia Hercegovina is fascinating.

Friendly welcome; the hotel is situated on a special place along a small river and nearby the old bridge; you have to go downstairs for the entrance; good breakfast.
