Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Cuprija  

観光スポットであるお土産通りまで徒歩1分という立地の良さ。スターリーモストまでも3分程度。スタッフの- 説明も丁寧です。時期がハイシーズンから少し外れていたので、空いた部屋にアップグレードしてもらえました- 。

部屋は新しいようでしたが、造りが安い上、傾いているため部屋の中のドアが閉まりません。清潔ではあるので- 気にしなければそれなりに快適に過ごせます。チェックイン時、スタッフに(その名はアディ)ここのホテルの- レストランを強く勧められプレッシャーを感じましたが、レビューで割高だとの声もあったためよそで食事しま- した。ボスニアは物価が安いので、飲んで食べても一人1000円程度です。ここはホテルレストランを自負し- ていて価格設定が高いのかなと思います。駐車場がとにかく狭小で、車のサイズによっては出し入れにスタッフ- の助けが必要かもしれません。朝は運転してくれる男性スタッフが午前11時まで不在なので注意が必要です。-

アパートメントに滞在しましたが、部屋が広く素晴らしかったです。特に寝室は快適でした。

水回りに問題がありました（洗面所を使うと、なぜかシャワーブースの下から水が染み出て来て困りました）。- また道から長い階段を下りないとフロントに辿り着けないので、大きいスーツケースを持ってる人は大変です。-

Superb location very close to all sights, very stylish, lots of running water and even a waterfall around (the name of the hotel means "Crooked bridge")... Despite of having booked an ordinary room I've been upgraded to an apartment with living room, bedroom and a terrace at the same rate! The staff was most courteous and helpful, they have surrounded me with personal attention like I was the only guest in the hotel. Manager Adi was always ready to go the extra mile for me, for example when police wanted to tow away my improperly parked motorcycle. The breakfast was tasty and varied and was served on a lovely terrace overlooking the river. I recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely return there someday.

First of all we got the warmest welcoming ever to a hotel! The whole staff were very friendly. Location was excellent for a one nigth visit to Mostar. Breakfast was ok. The room was very clean and felt like you were at home.

There were a parking place but it was a bit difficult to drive in and very small so if you have a big car then you could have a problem.

Adi was very helpful and food was excellent

We liked everything about the Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Cuprija! This place is not to be missed if you are in Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovinia. The service is friendly and helpful, the food is great, the inn itself is a fabulous place - in a converted mill in the heart of the old city. The room was very charming, clean and comfortable. This is an a+ place in our opinion.

The hotel acknowledges that it is difficult to locate. Give yourself time to find it in daylight. We asked for into at a tourist information kiosk and they called the hotel. Someone came to get us so it worked out fine. LIke many, many places in the Baltics, they don't accept credit cards nor do the artisans in the surrounding market. Apparently there is a lot of credit card fraud in the Balkans. This is something to be prepared for. Also, we found our gps cannot identify locatins in the old cities in the Baltics yet so don't count on that for finding places.

Kriva Cuprija is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is welcoming and extremely helpful. We also had a memorable meal in the hotels restaurant. The hotel is located adjacent to the historic Crooked Bridge and is only a very short walk away from the famous recently reconstructed bridge over the Neretva River and Mostar's old town. The hotel us located above a creek which is picturesque but a bit malodorous during our stay. The smell was not noticeable from the hotel, however, and it would be a mistake to avoid the hotel for this reason. Like us, many visitors to Mostar add a visit to the town on to a holiday in Croatia and the contrast between that country and this part of Bosnia Hercegovina is fascinating.

Friendly welcome; the hotel is situated on a special place along a small river and nearby the old bridge; you have to go downstairs for the entrance; good breakfast.

The stuff was very friendly, good location in the old part of the city and nearby the famous bridge. The room was very clean.

Breakfast was nice but basic. Rooms too small.

The best deal we had in our holiday.Extremely central, very helpful staff (especially Adi). Super clean rooms. Breakfast was okey, however I can not comment for the restaurant as we did not try it.

The parking was free but it was very small with limited capacity. However the staff helps you for that as well.

Very good location and hospitality. I'd like to come back again.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable with good air conditioning and lots of space. (It was 100F / 40C outside, so it became an oasis from the heat during the day). The location is amazing, right in the heart of Mostar - but was quiet and relaxing at the same time. Highly recommended and amazing value!

Breakfast : food was a bit on the so-so side of things, but I don't expect anything amazing in the Balkans, where most people simply have coffee/espresso for breakfast anyway. On that note, the coffee the staff prepared (cappuccino, espresso, etc) was delicious!

I liked very much the attention of the workers, also the place was very nice, our room had a nice terrace near the river an it was paceful but at the same time in the middle of everything.
