The staff spoke perfect English and German, helpful, centrally located Difficult to find staff during check-out time, towels old and don't appear fresh, skimp on breakfast, initially hotel difficult to find after dark. |

This was the cutest hotel that I have ever stayed in with it's chocolate box like rooms. The hotel was very authentic with all the mod coms. It offers an amazing location with the most beautiful views. Apart from it's cleanliness and warm atmosphere,the staff are very professional and accommodating. |

The service was absolutely wonderful. We felt so welcomed from start to finish. The staff is very professional. I really should pay the Director a commission for all the help he provided with translations during a business meeting. The restaurant was fantastic. The hotel architecture and setting was stunning. A few difficulties with the hot water in the shower. |

The staff were excellent, especially Adi. It had the only restaurant that was busy around town and with good reason. The food was fantastic as was the price and service. |

the location, the hotel style, the room and specially beds and having a studio with "living room", the friendly owner. the bathroom is very small and thus not so comfortable + ventilation is not so good. besides the cost of dinner was too high in my opinion. I wold recomend not to eat there. |

Excellent location. OK with car parking. Excellent furnishings. Room very well equipped. Very freindly service. Great prices both of stay rate and restaurant Nil. Highly recommended. |

Our room was nice and the staff were friendly. It is in a very good location. They didn't take credit cards when we were there and this was not apparent until we were checking out. The internet was not working. Although the location was brilliant it was a little difficult to find in the first place. The food in the restaurant is fine but the service was very, very slow and on our first night we were given an expensive bottle of wine when we wanted the house wine. |

Avulias ja kohtelias henkilökunta. Hyvä sijainti keskeisellä mutta rauhallisella paikalla. Mukava arkkitehtuuri. Erityistoivomukset oli luettu ja otettu huomioon. Hotellin ravintolan päivällinen oli tasoonsa ja yleiseen BIH:n hintatasoon nähden suhteellisen kallis (100 EUR), tosin en vertaillut hintoja muihin alueen ravintoloihin. |
