Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Cuprija  

A very good hotel in an excellent location. Especially the young woman at the reception was fantastic approachable and engaging. When I arrived at the hotel, I was immediately served a welcome drink. I got a card with phone numbers of the hotel management, and were encouraged to call if I had any problems while I was in town. When I reserved a table in the restaurant for the evening, I could not decide if I would sit inside or out, but was told it was no problem. They would prepare both places. The food was really good, and as a guest at the hotel you get 10% discount. The room was neat and in order and with a fantastic view of the old town and the river which passes right by.Breakfast-buffet was in order, you could at no extra charge ordre diffferent kinds of eggs from the kitchen.I Will surely recommend this hotel.

We liked everything about the Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Cuprija! This place is not to be missed if you are in Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovinia. The service is friendly and helpful, the food is great, the inn itself is a fabulous place - in a converted mill in the heart of the old city. The room was very charming, clean and comfortable. This is an a+ place in our opinion.

The hotel acknowledges that it is difficult to locate. Give yourself time to find it in daylight. We asked for into at a tourist information kiosk and they called the hotel. Someone came to get us so it worked out fine. LIke many, many places in the Baltics, they don't accept credit cards nor do the artisans in the surrounding market. Apparently there is a lot of credit card fraud in the Balkans. This is something to be prepared for. Also, we found our gps cannot identify locatins in the old cities in the Baltics yet so don't count on that for finding places.

Friendly welcome; the hotel is situated on a special place along a small river and nearby the old bridge; you have to go downstairs for the entrance; good breakfast.

The stuff was very friendly, good location in the old part of the city and nearby the famous bridge. The room was very clean.

Breakfast was nice but basic. Rooms too small.

The best deal we had in our holiday.Extremely central, very helpful staff (especially Adi). Super clean rooms. Breakfast was okey, however I can not comment for the restaurant as we did not try it.

The parking was free but it was very small with limited capacity. However the staff helps you for that as well.

Staff was very good. Room was upgraded for us, but the a/c was barely working. Had it checked and needed a part, so we were too hot during our stay there. Also shower did not drain, but that was fixed quickly. Food very good.

The hotel location is hard to beat, a few step from the Old Bridge in Mostar and the center of everything. Apart from that, the place is super cute, totally unexpected. The room is large and comfortable. Everything is clean including the bath towels. The food is great and the staffs are all very attentive and love their jobs, esp Adi the manager. I would totally recommend the place to everyone and if I have a chance to go to Mostar again, I will definitely stay here!

The only thing I can complain of is that the drain in the shower is a bit clogged and the water pressure is low which may not be the problem of the hotel but the city (not sure).

Just perfect! Incredible is the word to describe the staff, the room, the location, the dinner... As promised to Adi, here it is the good feedback from Portugal!! If you're thinking to go to the beautiful and moving Mostar, stay at Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Cuprija!

They write hotel- restaurant. With the services of the hotel ok. With the prices of restaurant....only one."they bit us" 3 meals to serajevo was chearers than they .in the same country. Double prises with the same dinner exactly than the turistic dubronvik and one from the best.

Adi was very helpful and food was excellent

The staff and facilities at this hotel were fabulous. The location could not have been better. It was amazing to walk 10 steps beyond the hotel in be into the old city. We had an amazing dinner prepared specially for our large family of 9. We got incredible attention. Could not have asked for more.

Nearly impossible to find. After driving in circles for 30 min we called and one of the staff walked to meet us and guide us into the parking area. We would never have found it without his help so be prepared to call when you arrive in town and let them guide you in!!

Superb location very close to all sights, very stylish, lots of running water and even a waterfall around (the name of the hotel means "Crooked bridge")... Despite of having booked an ordinary room I've been upgraded to an apartment with living room, bedroom and a terrace at the same rate! The staff was most courteous and helpful, they have surrounded me with personal attention like I was the only guest in the hotel. Manager Adi was always ready to go the extra mile for me, for example when police wanted to tow away my improperly parked motorcycle. The breakfast was tasty and varied and was served on a lovely terrace overlooking the river. I recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely return there someday.
