Newly opened and right on the edge of the city centre, owned and managed by a kind and helpful family, shops in the vicinity open until late at night, a home away from home. |

Friendly helpful staff and good location Very restrictive: you had to surrender keys before going out. Door was locked always so had to press bell and wait for staff to get into hotel. No guest tolerated in rooms. Was more like family B&B than hotel - this should have been disclosed beforehand on website as would have chosed something more modern |

Die Lage ist super, man ist sofort auf der BasCarsija, das Personal ist sehr um einen bemüht und zuvorkommend. Klein aber sehr fein. |

Su situacion es excelente a pocos pasos andando del centro.Parking gratis y cerrado aunque con plazas limitadas. Es mas una pension que un hotel,limpieza no muy buena.Una araña se deslizo desde el techo con no muy buenas intenciones.Camas separadas. |

Die Einrichtung ist zwar recht einfach, aber alles ist blitzsauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich als Gast dort sehr wohl. |

Nous avons aimé l'accueil très chaleureux, un peu comme si on arrivait dans une famille. Les chambres sont très agréables, le petit déjeuner tout à fait correct et la situation dans la ville , très proche des quartiers anciens de Sarayevo en font un établissement d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix |

posizione ottima, stanza pulita ok ampiezza camera per famiglia. molto rumoroso, con le finestre chiuse per non sentire il rumore aria condizionata rivolta verso i letti e freddo. troppa luce dalle tende per la notte |

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, das Frühstück gut, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und WLAN ist im Zimmer vorhanden. Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind extrem laut, Ohrstöpsel sind unbedingt empfehlenswert. |

La atencion del personal es magnifica, tambien la ubicacion, pues se encuentra muy cerca de la parte vieja de Sarajevo. No aceptan tarjetas de credito. Las camas son incomodas y ruidosas. |

Un hotel a tiro de piedra del centro histórico, con plaza de parking propia y una habitación de lo más luminoso que recuerdo... excelente sitio para pasar la noche, sin duda. No tengo quejas. |
