nulla Il bagno è fuori dalla camera ed era sporco. La camera era fredda e in mansarda. La biancheria era di equivoca pulizia. Ci sono problemi con la caldaia a gas, si è spenta mentre eravamo sotto la doccia. |

The location was good, 10-15 minutes walking from Bascarsija. The owners of the motel was very friendly but unfortunately they do not speak English and the communication abilities are poor. |

The owners of the guest house were really kind and attentive to my every need. I enjoyed my stay and should I be back in Sarajevo most certainly will return to Skend. Lovely people, great time. |

The couple who run the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful although we had no common language. The whole place felt like home and it made our stay in Sarajevo very pleasant. It was a little bit cold in the room and we were surprised to find the parking (which was safe and close) more expensive than promised by website. |

I visit for work several times a year Sarajevo and I I have stayed in numerous hotels there. Definitely, in my opinion, this is the best place where to stay and the price-quality ratio is very good. The atmosphere is quiet and traditional, everything is so clean, comfortable and the owners are very nice and helpful. |

The hostel is in the city center and have good communication possibilities. There are'n good map information about locality of the hostel and the other hotels into the city of Sarajevo. |

You've got the private and cozy space like home. The owner of the hotel was really nice and tried to help me though we could not talk much since I could not speak the local language. It mentioned the wireless Internet connection while it could not work during my stay last weekends... |

A friendly couple running the hotel, although they didn't speak English it wasn't really a problem. I had thought I had booked a single room but it turned out in fact to be an apartment really with separate bathroom, hallway and a kitchenette attached to the bedroom, excellent value for 30 euros a night. Only 15 mins walk from the centre of town, so easily accessible with a taxi rank nearby. Shower unit tended to leak water over the bathroom floor, but hardly a big problem, that was the only thing. |

The owners were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful - it was like a home from home and we really enjoyed our stay. Wireless internet access would have been very useful. Internet access is available from the hostel's PC but I needed to connect from our laptop. This is just a suggestion, not a complaint. |
