Аннуляция бронирования
В случае аннуляции за 2 суток до даты заезда штраф не взимается
В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей младше 7 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 18,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость гостей в номере - 4.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается по предварительному запросу. Дополнительная плата не взимается.
Принимаемые кредитные карты

Отель оставляет за собой право предварительного блокирования средств на кредитной карте до приезда гостя.
SKEND is only 10 minutes walking distance from the old part of town Bašèaršija, up to which you can arrive walking along the bank of river Miljacka. It has good traffic connection with other city parts.

The owner Mrs. Zomra and her crew and relatives are just awsome. She is just like an older sister or mother to everybody. You feel like at home with your family. You never have any trouble with the assistants there and you just feel like you never left home. From the location, you can go anywhere and you are steps away from everything in Sarajevo. |

Family staff were very helpful. Not knowing Sarajevo, traveling in the dark and a lack of street signs made it hard to find. After calling their number the staff were extremely helpful and guided us to the hotel. |

We felt very welcome, and enjoyed staying here. The owners were very pleasant and friendly, and the location is very close to the downtown area and the old town. The room was very comfortable, and we liked being able to arrange our own breakfast when we chose. Internet was available free in the lounge, so I could keep up to date with email. We would definitely stay there again when we next go to Sarajevo. |

The staff are very accomodating and helpful, the rooms are well equipped, many with ensuite bathroom and breakfast facilities including a fridge. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I also felt my belongings were secure in the room. |

The hotel is a small family own one. This gives some feel at home feeling but also has its drawbacks - the owners are non stop in the entrance and ask you questions, watch carefully whether you get your shoes off ( it is a must). The breakfast is in fact in a bridge in your room - consists of a package of bread ( open with part of it missing) jam ( an open jar - obviously someone has used it before you) . So is th situation it tne bathroom - a bottle of shampoo -half empty, obviously it has served several guests before us. I f you can put up with this - the hotel is excellently located and Sarajevo is worth being seen. |

very nice place, well located and clean. The room they offered us was really big and confortable, with a small kitchen with a fridge full with breakfast. So you can have things your way. The bathroom was very good comparing to the regular ones in this region. |

People who owned the Guesthouse were so hospitable and friendly. Very central to the old city of Saravago approx 1 1/2 kms to walk but all flat walking. Basic breakfast but very cosy and a good nights sleep. |

The staff was really friendly and sweet, it feels like you're at home. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city center and very close to "the club" (a famous club there). It also was a good thing that you could have breakfast at any time of the morning/day you want, because you have your own kitchen with everything in there. You had to take your shoes off and wear silly slippers when you went inside. Breakfast wasn't that much. |

very nicve place and people - communication will not be a problem - there is an english speaker in the staff. brilliant atmosphere. the location isnt central but thats actually nice. close to public transport and 5 mins walk from center, anyway |

It is a very sweet and family atmosphere with great kindness shown and hospitality shown to guests by the couple who run it. It is simple and clean, a good deal for the price at a 3 star level. Very convenient for being in walking distance of the river and old city. Also provides secure car parking for guests cars during the stay and that is important and useful. |
