Otel sahipleri son derece iyi niyetli ve canayakın insanlar, yardımcı olabilecekleri her konuda ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Odalar son derce temiz, herhangi bir eksiklik hissetmiyorsunuz. Yeri itibarıyla da çok uygun, eski şehire yakınlığı çok işe yarıyor.

The owner Mrs. Zomra and her crew and relatives are just awsome. She is just like an older sister or mother to everybody. You feel like at home with your family. You never have any trouble with the assistants there and you just feel like you never left home. From the location, you can go anywhere and you are steps away from everything in Sarajevo.

We felt very welcome, and enjoyed staying here. The owners were very pleasant and friendly, and the location is very close to the downtown area and the old town. The room was very comfortable, and we liked being able to arrange our own breakfast when we chose. Internet was available free in the lounge, so I could keep up to date with email. We would definitely stay there again when we next go to Sarajevo.

The proprietor is very helpful, especially in the face of language difficulties. He managed to anticipate and fulfill my requests.

The hotel is a small family own one. This gives some feel at home feeling but also has its drawbacks - the owners are non stop in the entrance and ask you questions, watch carefully whether you get your shoes off ( it is a must). The breakfast is in fact in a bridge in your room - consists of a package of bread ( open with part of it missing) jam ( an open jar - obviously someone has used it before you) . So is th situation it tne bathroom - a bottle of shampoo -half empty, obviously it has served several guests before us. I f you can put up with this - the hotel is excellently located and Sarajevo is worth being seen.

Very friendly staff who made you feel like you were one of the family. Short walk from the old town and very near to the bus station. Very homely and great location. Would stay there again!

staff not friendly at all, boiler in the bathroom not working, bathroom outside the bedroom, and so on...

Very friendly. Convenient to city centre.

People who owned the Guesthouse were so hospitable and friendly. Very central to the old city of Saravago approx 1 1/2 kms to walk but all flat walking. Basic breakfast but very cosy and a good nights sleep.

The staff was really friendly and sweet, it feels like you're at home. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city center and very close to "the club" (a famous club there). It also was a good thing that you could have breakfast at any time of the morning/day you want, because you have your own kitchen with everything in there.

You had to take your shoes off and wear silly slippers when you went inside. Breakfast wasn't that much.

It is a very sweet and family atmosphere with great kindness shown and hospitality shown to guests by the couple who run it. It is simple and clean, a good deal for the price at a 3 star level. Very convenient for being in walking distance of the river and old city. Also provides secure car parking for guests cars during the stay and that is important and useful.
