Spa Hotel Terme    

Hospitality of the staff. Location near park walking&bike to the area springs of river Bosna.

Smell of sulfur near pool. Specially for tourist which are not involved in therapy system.

Very helpfull staff . Easy chick in and chick out . Excellent location . The spa is wonderful . Comfortable bed . Big size room and bathroom . Love everything in it . Sure I will come back

The loopy is not comfortable to set in . No tour desk

The room was large (upgraded, though I'd booked a single) warm and very comfortable. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. Good buffet selection for breakfast and reasonably priced bar. Very close to all the sights and amenities of Ilidza - good restaurants, cafes, Vrelo Bosna and Rimski Most all in walking distance. Free use of the pool and gym. Fast wifi in the room.

No hot water in my bathroom the first two times I tried to take a shower, but the receptionist immediately gave me a choice of other rooms when I mentioned this. The hotel bar needs a bigger music selection - they only played the same Elton John CD over and over!

Airport shuttle, the attendance at the airport spa till 22.00

This is good Spa Hotel with medical treatment!!!

Location is good if you are arriving by car and prefer not to drive in the centre of Sarajevo. There is a tram into the city centre from nearby or a taxi costs approx €7. It is also a short and easy drive to the Tunnel Museum.

When we stayed most of the guests were overseas visitors staying for treatment in the spa facilities and clinics attached to the hotel. This gave the hotel more of a feel of a hospital than a hotel.

Convenient location. Comfortable bed

Dark reception area, plenty of staff - but few of them doing anything. There was litter in the corridors and on stairs when I checked in (2:15 PM - the room was not ready), and it was still there when I checked out the next day (09:00). No airco in room. The toilet flush has been repaired using a beer mat! Very noisy room.

The hotel managment should treat customers with patient and a smile

Located in nice area, swimming pool.

Hotel needs general renovation and cleaning. There's also constructions work in hotel area, people start at 7 A.M. Lot of noise.

It was a comfortable hotel which is next to the universities such as Burch and Sarajevo.

I stayed two days and didn't have a problem.

Hôtel en travaux d'agrandissement. Bruyant et très poussiéreux. La chambre présentait un aspect sale. Moquette et couverture tâchées. Salle à manger peu propre.

Camera di recente ristrutturazione, pulita, confortevole, senza odore di fumo o altro - comoda la posizione per il centro (mezz'ora di tram, il N. 3) - posto nel quartiere di ilidza pieno di locali economici e hotel "termali" e a 10 minuti in auto dal famoso tunnel di sarajevo - buona colazione a buffet

Per chi e' abituato alle terme italiane, non si puo' definire hotel terme visto che l'acqua e' appena tiepida e con 2 idromassaggi funzionanti - in ogni caso visto che avevamo pochi giorni e la citta' offre molte escursioni interessanti, non avremmo avuto comunque molto tempo per le terme.

Osebje je bilo zelo prijazno in nacin komunikacije mi je bil vsec...Tudi soba je bila v redu..

Zal se moram pritoziti nad spa centrom,nisem se pocutil dobro,tudi kopal se nisem,ker mi bazeni delujejo,neocisceni in neurejeni(stari in nedodelani),tudi lezalnikov ni bilo in mislim,da za razliko od drugih terme in spa,bi moralo,biti bolj urejeno...V Spa,sem se pocutil,kot v prejsnjem stoletju;)hvala za razumevanje!!!

Booking cijena,rezervirao sam hotel mjesec, mjesec i po prije termina po cijeni od 1050,00 kn da bi provjerio raspolozivost hotela i cjenu hotela dva dana prije termina dolaska i još je bilo soba i isti termin je bio 200,00 kn jeftiniji

Bližina narave - možnost rekreacije. V primeru slabega vremena, dober fitnes.

Na oknih ni zaves, ki bi zatemnile sobo, torej je bujenje s sončnim vzhodom zagotovljeno. V sobi je hladilnik, vendar v njem ničesar. O ploskih LCD TV ekranih ni ne duha ne sluha.

Hotel ni imel : -LCD-televizorja, -Mini bara, kar ponuja preko spleta -Internet je bil preobrenjen in ni delal -Spal sem na rezervnem ležišču -Soba zelo prašna -WC školjka nepriterjena - gostje drugih sob imeli zabavo do zgodnjih jutrnjih ur in se je umirilo okoli 4 uri zjutraj. tako da se ni moglo spati. Hotel si ne zasluži takšno kvaliteteo kot jo vi ponujate preko spleta in s tem zavajate goste.

le lait n'est pas réfrigéré pour les céréales travaux de construction débutant à 7h am tout à côté de ma chambre: pas besoin de réveil matin !!! pas de climatisation dans la chambre

Yleisilmeeltään vastaanotto aulan tila erittäin tumma ja synkän oloinen, sekä ainainen tupakan savu hoteliin kerroksissa , eli polttavat erittäin paljon yleisissä tiloissa !! Huoneissa ilmastoinnin puutetta.

Kokolattiamatot on kuluneet ja koko hotellissa on todella ikävä tupakan "käry".

Veramente comoda la posizione all' inizio del parco e a pochi passi dal trminal dei tram per il centro

Pulizia molto carente, un peccato che una struttura così non sia curata meglio

بعيد عن كل شيئ - غير خدومين - كل ما طلبنا شي قالوا مافي - خذيت فيه يومين عشان اسوي مساج وسونا وراحة واستجمام لكن كل هذا لم يحدث عندهم زحمة مواعيد وقالولي انطر يومين او اكثر عشان يجيني الدور - مناسب للي بيقعد اكثر من ١٥ يوم للعلاج كذلك مناسب لكبار السن فقط
