Very friendly and nice staff. Hard to pay by credit card, the hotel invites you to pay cash. I wonder why..... |

In the old centre, rooms big and just renovated. Non smoking room available. People as all in Sarajeva are very kind and helpful We stayed 8 nights and the room was not cleaned in that time and towels were changed only when asked. |

Staff were great, very accomodating, especially where the children were concerned. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have had during our trip (and that's over 10 countries worth of different hotels, motels, homestays, mobile homes etc) |

Sehr zentral, nur 3 min. zum Zentrum der Altstadt (Bascarsija), trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Personal war hilfsbereit. Alle Mitarbeiter sprachen englisch. Frühstück war gut. Zimmer war sauber. Vom Personal wurde Taxifahrer organisiert. |

Es war sehr gut und günstig.Für das Geld was wir bezahlt haben echt TOP.Altstadtzentrum 200m entfernt. Schade ist dass das Zimmer nicht jeden Tag sauber gemacht wird,sondern nur wenn man es wünscht. |

Nous avons eu un probleme, puisqu'au depart, nous avions reserve pour 3 nuits et qu'au final nous ne sommes restes qu'une nuit, au vu du temps plus que mediocre qu'il faisait sur sarajevo( neige, pluie et epaisse brume rendant impossible une visite de la ville sur les hauteurs). Le lendemain le concierge voulait nous facturer les 3 nuits et ne voulait pas nous rendre nos passeports pretextant du fait qu'il devrait lui meme payer les deux nuits non consommees...Ca c'est quand mem L'hotel,quoique neuf, est tres mal fini, il n'y a pas de parking accredite, et comme il vient d'ouvrir et qu'il n'est pas connu, il est tres difficile de le trouver. Il est vrai que le rapport qualite/prix, aussi pret de la vieille ville est tout de meme interessant |

Personal sehr hilfsbereit, gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, gute Lage. Vom Appartment aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Heizung nicht optimal, sehr nahes Minarett (lauter Muezzin). |

Sehr nette Bedienung durch die Hotelmitarbeiter, gute Lage des Hotels welches 2min zu Fuß vom Zentrum Bascarsija entfernt ist. |
