-osoblje bilo zadovoljavajuce - restoran u hotelu - aerodom blizu - druge usluge za putnike sa vozilom -lanch paket, kojeg su primpremili (zavisi od ukusa putnika, nije bio po mom ukusu). -Sobe na spratovima ,koji maju zajednicki kljuc, ne namjerni ulazazak u tudje sobe. -Taksi usluga, koja je bila preskupa od obicajne usluge. - BAM informacije, sa takvim informacijama se putnici ne mogu orijentisati. Za strane putnike nepoznat nacin usluge, racunanje. -kratak i brzi odgovor za razervaciju sobe.
