Everything was excellent! The Villa is located 10 minutes walking from the small historic center. The staff was excellent. We have found our room large and tidy. Internet worked fine and the breakfast was delicious. There was also air conditioning and heating in the room. Very good, would definitely stay there again!

Outstanding location: proximity to main bus station is great, but it is on a quiet street. The walk from the hotel to the Old Town and other sights is not far and gives a great overview of the small city. Cleanliness and completeness of room and facilities is excellent.

Very helpfull staff, close to all attractions of Mostar, good breakfast, large clean rooms. You can pay only in cash. Villa has only one small parking place, but you can park on the street- it's free.

The location is amazing, 2 mins walk to the beginning of the pedestrian street to the old bridge. Yet located in a quite street. Good combination. Hotel staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are big. Good value for money. I expected a better breakfast, yet it was ok but very basic. Also problems with the a/c where we had to restart the electricity of the room every couple of hours, to keep it running. One other problem is that they insisted to have the money in cash rather than the credit card. It was a bit annoying, but still Ok. Minor cons compared to the pros of this Hotel.

Kindly and friendly staff, smiling people, clean room, nice panaromic view of river... Its location is good. Almost everything needed to be seen in Mostar is between Villa Mostar and Mostar bridge. There are nice restaurants near; try cevapcici, dolma, sarma. Rooms are silent, clean, and big enough including big bathroom, tv, and airconditioner. Hotel staff is always smiling. If I visir again Mostar, I prefer Villa Mostar to stay again.

The owner was polite, cooperative and gives good advice about the city. He kindly gave me his umbrella. Location was in an isolated street little bit.

I'm just back from a couple of days in Mostar and I couldn't rate Villa Mostar highly enough. Big clean spacious room in a great location for a great price. The owner clearly went that extra mile and was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. Even the last day there we had to leave at 6 in the morning. When we were leaving the owner met us to settle to the bill and gave us both (unrequested) packed lunchs for the trip back. They were perfect and they say a lot about the place. Mostar itself was an absolute gem. You should go. And you should stay here.

The owner is very helpful and friendly. The room was large, in fact I had two rooms, a sitting area and a sleeping area. It was also quiet. The breakfast was fine. It's only a 10 minute walk to the old town and near the bus station. The Internet in my room was excellent. The reception on the tv was not good, but this is a very, very minor complaint.

Great value, good location, clean, warmfull staff in a georgous city. Traditionnal breakfast excellent. I recommend Villa Mostar a thousand time. Azer, the owner, will take care of you and give you show you the places to be and the gourmet bosnian cuisine to taste ( so yummy and not expensive at all). I hope to return next year. Bosnia is an amazing country and bosnians wonderful people ! Nothing to say. Just excellent !

The owner was very helpful indeed and went out of his way to identify good places to shop, eat (great ice cream place) and sight see. Breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit and boiled aggs as well as cereals, cheese and ham. Excellent location, only 5-10 min walk to Old town. Only downside is that you must pay in cash, but very small thing.

Easy to get to from train/bus station. Couple running place speak very good English. Make you feel like you are visiting them not staying in a hotel. They are very accommodating with any requests. Just a minute easy walk to start of main section of town which you can then walk through to get to old town.

Very friendly staff. On arrival we received all information about the area, where to eat and what to see. It was very helpful. The weather during our stay wasn't the best so we didn't use the garden which overlooks the river. Our room was big and the cable tv had a good choice of channels. The location of the hotel was great, only few minutes walk from the bus/train station and about 10 min. Walk to the old town.

English speaking owners go out of their way to welcome you and make your stay enjoyable. Owners are also very flexible and accommodating to any special requests. Location was perfect for those arriving by bus or train since short easy walk. They are on doorstep of main city area and then a short flat walk through new part to the old historic town. Alarm clock is always nice to have in the room.

The owner was very accommodating when we had to miss breakfast and gave us a packed lunch to take. He also helped us find a car hire company quickly. The only problem was water on the bathroom floor which didn't drain away.
