This hotel is lovely. The main entrance is an open fronted design which welcomes you in. Once in.the lobby area is spacious. Its nice it had 3 pools,one of which was only 1ft and perfect for my 4 year old!
Only one negative which is that Wifi is not free once you enter your room,it's only free in public areas. I know this is quite a normal way with these larger hotels,but I think it's unfair after you pay so much,to then be expected to pay extra to use wifi in the comfort of the same room you've already paid for! We stayed in 2 smaller hotels during our trip and both offer free wifi once your on premises,which is excellent!

All about money, most of the stuff were not so friendly except on the front desk and at the entry, I had the 55% off price on booking.com, i thought to made a good deal but the room is stil very very expensive what you get for your money so i dont recommend it. At night you have to take a taxi or bus to st. Laurence gap or the fish market cause there is nothing around the hilton. A little expensive supermarket is in the hilton. For the half of the money what i paid i got a much nicer appartment near the dover beach where its also very nice for sunset and there are also good hotels much cheaper. I feel much better there as at the hilton Its forbidden to smoke at the hotels in all the rooms and on the balcony (the hilton said that )

Food in Lighthouse restaurant poor and expensive for what it was.
Very good beach. One staff member Shireene who noticed me waiting for assistance and came from her own duties to assist me in getting us the best seats in a great restaurant. It turned out she is Director of Operations. No wonder she has made it to that position and her staff should take notice.
Many of the staff at reception, bars and breakfast restaurant didn't seem to realise that guests pay to stay there and we expect to feel looked after, not give the impression that they wish they were not there and were on the beach (even if we know it's true.) We were also unlucky that the two nights we stayed there, the air conditioning had failed, which of course is not the fault of staff, but gave us no sleep for the last two nights of our holiday.
We loved great location close to Bridgetown. The beach is magnificent and the pool area as well. The staff is in all aspects very attentive and helpful.
Executive Lounge breakfasts are complimentary but with rather poor choice compared to those paid in Lighthouse Restaurant. Despite the hotel is quite new it seems a bit worn-out. Pricing is on a Hilton level whereas service is pretty Carribean.
I appreciated the warm welcome and availability of the people. In particular Mrs Shireen has been always present to solve any small wishes we had.

The standard of accomodation, the buffet breakfast (always lots of local stuff on offer), and the close proximity to the beach.
There was nothing whatsoever to complain about.
*Location is excellent. *Hotel well maintained for its age. *Good facilities.
*The staff just could not be bothered, from reception to the restaurant or the pool bar. *despite informing them that it was our honeymoon, absolutely nothing special was offered. *Excessive taxing system in place that can easily double your bills. *Food was average to mediocre at most hotel outlets ( including simple Bajan specialities)and yet highly priced. *When you are not happy with a service, no service recovery is offered. The service level was a disgrace to the Hilton name, needless to say that we won't be back.

The room and the room service, really pleasant workers.
The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, but the off season should be noted that the main restaurants are closed on Monday. The staff at the check-in desk take way too long to service guests and they have an attitude. They are not friendly people who represent such a beautiful island
They do not say that they don't have openers for the bottles in the mini-bar for the bottles that are in the frig. When you ask for one, no one says they don't have any, they just don't come and we have to go downstairs to get the bottles opened. The housekeeping phones are not answered when you are having a bathroom flooded from a toilet that is stopped up when you enter the room for the first time. We had to go and find someone on one of the floors. The water was flooding everywhere! No one seemed concerned at the fact we were having a problem.
I enjoyed the food and the people.
