Meridian Inn  

Bonne situation géographique. Ayant un, des deux studios sur les toits, j'avais une très bonne vue sur la mer et la ville. Station essence à côté, plusieurs plages à côté, rond point des routes principales, idéal pour sortir le soir car à Dover, juste au bout de St Laurence Gap...

La gentillesse et la simplicité des propriétaires

Le bruit ambiant. Ma chambre donnait sur les ventilateurs ou groupes électrogènes d'un autre hôtel.

Graeme was very helpful, helping me to find my delayed baggage and arranging a car rental for me. The location is very good: 2 mins walk to the local beach and bars, and 5 mins drive to the best beaches and restaurants.

The location was perfect just minutes from the beach. Within walking distance from St. Lawrence Gap, but in a quiet location. Turtle Beach, White Sands Beach & Dover Beach all very close by. The room was big and well equipped. The cleaning staff were amazing and rooms were cleaned, sheets and towels were changed everyday during our stay.

Only location. Room was clean but had flying beetle visit.

Room had no glass on the window just board. When close no light when open no privacy. No body at reception from 5.30pm to 8.30am. No safe in room so after hours you could not get money from safe at reception. 24 hour noise from generator from building nextdoor. Room was not cleaned everyday for the only three nights I had to stay there. Moved after three days to better place.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

There was no swiming pool

Great location, relatively cheap. Clean basic accommodation with air-con. Full size fridge.

Lack of proper windows (glass louvre shutters) giving little natural light, balcony doors are solid wooden shutters. All windows & doors have big gaps meaning you get beetles in the room, food cupboards etc. Kitchenette is just 2 hot plates and a microwave with very limited pans/utensils. I had to hammer dents out of the frying pan so it would actually heat up.

Great Price Comfortable Good Location

The staff were top people, its at the quite end of the gap, the club noise can carry on untill 3 am if further up the gap, clean beach 2 minuets walk, bus stop is 7 minuets walk.

The decor is not mint, but if you had a late night before and want to sleep who cares what color the wall is when its dark, the dark can not hide the noise further up the road at other Hotels

Super friendly & helpful owner & staff. We had a fantastic penthouse style apartment at a very reasonable rate. Tastefully decked out & really comfortable, oh and it has great rooftop view of the sunset over the Caribbean!

I liked that the Meridian Inn felt like a family business. They were very professional, polite and accommodating. I would recommend the Inn to anybody wanting to visit Barbados on a dime. The location alone places you in the middle of all the action. Within walking distance guest have access to beaches, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Additionally, because of their relationship with El Tigre catamaran cruises the experience cannot be beaten.

Good value. Only about a five minute walk to Dover beach. If you're operating on a budget and want a decent place to stay, then I definitely recommend staying here.

Eigenaren en personeel gastvrij en behulpzaam. Kamers werden elke dag grondig gepoetst dus ook nog eens heel schoon. Goede locatie, 1 minuut naar een mooi strand, 2 minuten van supermarktje en 5 minuten lopen naar een busstation.

einfaches Hotel in 2. Reihe, 1 Min. Fussweg zum wunderschönen Strand. Keine besondere Aussicht, großer Balkon bzw. Terrasse, Küchenausstattung für das Nötigste. Freundliches Personal von 8-17 Uhr. 8 km nach Bridgetown und zum Flughafen (Achtung Taxi max. 20 US$!)

Great spot in 'The Gap', lovely beaches just minutes walk away, plenty of restaurants and nightlife down the road. Basic room but very clean and has everything you need and good air conditioning!
