Läget Vi fick byta lgh.efter 1 vecka då någon annan skulle ha den vi checkat in i?! Vi hade inget varmvatten första veckan Inget WIFI fungerade Ingen telefon fungerade Ingen jacuzzi fungerade Allmänt nedslitet, smutsigt, fel fanns i övrigt på spis (en av två plattor fungerade), droppande kranar etc.. Allmänt oengagerad personal. Vi begärde kompensation vid utcheckning men de hänvisade till er. Vi förväntar oss att ni återkommer med förslag till detta då det inte stämde alls med våra förväntningar. Vi har rest under hela vårt liv och varit i 60-talet länder. Detta var dock bottennappet och föreslår att ni omg. ta bort detta från er web!!

Nous avons aimé le positionnement dans l'île de la Barbade à Holetown, quartier résidentiel et touristique en bordure de la mer des Caraïbes, dotés de petits commerces et restaurants et permettant un accès facile aussi bien vers la capitale Bridgetown que vers l'ensemble de l'ïle, quartier très vert planté de grands arbres et bien desservi par les bus locaux. La suite était spacieuse. Nous pensons que cet hôtel devrait être fermé pour faire des travaux et en tout cas ne pas être recommandé. Les sanitaires et la cuisine (frigo, micro-ondes...) n'était pas propre. Notre premier achat fut de l'eau de javel ! et notre première activité le nettoyage.Si l'accueil a été chaleureux, il était ensuite difficile voire impossible de trouver quelqu'un susceptible de nous entendre et d'intervenir. Des signes de délabrement certains : absence de certaines poignées de portes (portes fenêtres), une baignoire à remous entartrée et qui ne fonctionnait pas, douche sale (dépôts), des carreaux fêlés sur la fenêtre de la chambre. Nous n'avons pas pu partir car tout avait été réglé !
