Felt like I was staying with family or friends. Front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Maybe a bit difficult to find the first time as it is located in a residential area.

Staff was excellent,breakfast was great.

Location was further away from airport than we thought.We needed a taxi more to get around. Busses were a good way to get around but too long a walking distance for us to & from hotel. We also felt Mr. Weeks could have been as pleasant as his staff.

Price and proximity to Airport

The staff was really nice, they helped a lot for us. Even organizing trips, car rental or anything we asked. We got clean towels and bedding every day, we were allowed to use the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The room was affordable.

No way to get to and from the house. Every cab driver could not find the place. It is quite far from town, and a 15 min cab ride just to the bus. The house is literally falling appart. The tiles in my bathroom where falling off the walls. The shower was so gross we where afraid to use it. The Pool was discusting. Just plain dirty. STAY AWAY from this place. Whomever wrote the positive reviews must have been paid by the company.

Nice guest house with great staff. Good breakfast, working wifi and clean room. I would recommend it!

Hard for taxi driver to find the hotel. The position on the map here on booking.com are wrong. 10 minutes walk to buses and 15 minutes to St Lawrence Gap (but safe surroundings).

As a customer service manager myself i was very impressed with Hanna the front office agent ,she difinitely went the extra mile to make sure i was comfortable and all my request were done .

I prepaid an airport pickup but the driver never showed up. I was required to pay extra for a taxi to get to the hotel. We got lost trying to find the hotel. It was a hassle. Owner refused to pay the difference for the taxi.

The staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to help.

Had a very pleasant stay in comfortabel and clean room for a very reasonable price. Very quiet location in residential area, but few minutes drive to seaside, shuttles are available. The staff was extremely helpfull and friendly, did everything to make my 3 days very enjoyable. They offer all services to make your stay comfortable.

Something went wrong with reservation and did not get room with kitchenette, but did get good discount offer instead that did make up for it!

I enjoyed the effeciency and kindness of the marketing manager Hannah, the breakfast and the quietness of the place. People are serious and really try hard to help you out. They can also give you good advice.

No air-conditionning in the kitchen so it's quite hot ; having dinner there is not possible yet. The shower in my room was very noisy.

Readily facilitated travel to and from the airport. Staff members were quite polite and assisted well with other requests.

Walking distance, roughly 10 minutes, to and from drop off from public transportation, cheapest form of travel.

Te owner is an overweight dictator. I overheard him giving orders to staff, and when the courtesy bus was due to collect the children and lady from the airport he diverted the bus elsewhere I used the bus (and paid highly for it) The place could do with a good manager and the owner stay away and it would be great

Very clean and spacious rooms. Helpful staff that is ready to help you with anything you need. Delicious breakfast. Nice residental area around the guest house. We saw all kinds of animals from lizards and huge frogs to monkeys. Very tranquil environment. With a car the location would´ve been great, since it´s not that far away from the beach and the restaurant area, and there is a lot of parking space. It´s also easy to access to the ABC-highway that´ll quickly take you anywhere you want in the island. The total price for our stay was amazing compared to the general price-level in Barbados.

The only con was the location. If you´re renting a car, then it doesn´t matter though. The beach and St. Lawrence Gap are a few kilometres away and it takes about a half an hour walk there. There are no sidewalks and it was actually quite difficult to walk there in the evening, since the cars are driving so fast and they necessarily don´t see you in the dark. Since the guesthouse is located in a residencial area the bus stop is equally far away. There was some kind of shuttle service but we didn´t really understand when did you have to pay to use it and/or when it was free, and you always have to aarrange it a couple of hours before you want to leave. Fortunately, the staff was friendly and drove us to the beach a couple of times. Thank you!

bedding had hair strands and particles on it. bathroom walls had soap residues...looked like had't been scrubbed after previous guest checked out. toilet seat had dried-out urine spots on it.

The staff was really nice and really helped me.
