Very friendly staff, perfect service and good rooms. Refrigerator, AC, good location. In general I liked Rigs Inn and for its price it is perfect. The only significant minus - bad room ventilation. That's why the air is close in the room and has a bit specific smell. Also periodic internet outage in the apartments caused a little inconvenience.

Friendly helpful staff. 24 hour restaurant that appeared to cook food from fresh, so although it some times took a while it was very good, with a wide choice of western, thai and bengali/indian. Complimentary English language newspapers. Pretty good wi-fi connection Poor quality tv signals, esp on bbc World, with cnn better but not good. Staff seemed unable to get proper taxis, only tuktuks or rickshaws - never explained that there is a serious lack of taxis (less than 4,000 where 22,000 are needed) in the city due to govt incompetence! Quite a lot of disrepair about, particularly in the bathroom, though much less than in other buildings we visited

Rigs Inn is een niet te groot hotel, dat zich als zakenhotel presenteert. Het hotel ligt in een rustige straat in de wijk Gulshan. De service is er uitstekend, prettige en professionele mensen zijn altijd bereid te helpen. Het eten is prima, ook de kamer, bed en badkamer zijn dik in orde. Helemaal niets

Ich war ja schon das zweite mal in diesem Hotel und ich muss sagen das sie sich schon innerhalb eines jahres verbessert haben.Auch als ich fragte ob ich das Zimmer etwas länger nutzen alles kein Problem. Sehr empfehlenswert dieses Hotel. Im gegensatz zu dem Hotel Whashingten welches ich auch schon bewohnt habe war das Hotel Rigs Inn nicht Frauenfeindlich alles in allem einfach Super. Das das essen für mich nicht so gut war aber andere Länder anderes Essen .

Uncomplicated - I was in my room in minutes. Clean and comfortable room. Helpful and courteous staff. Can't say too much about location as my knowledge of Dhaka is limited. I like the business centre - again, use is uncomplicated I wasn't aware that there was a pick-up service from the airport and endured a nightmare taxi ride instead. The service could be better displayed.
