    Nice big quiet room overlooking lake with balcony. Room service was great value and lovely food.

    Staff not too knowledgeable when it came to touristy activities and organising trips.

    Funny rooms!

    The people behind the counter don't communicate with eachother. Quite annoying to tell the same thing that should have been arranged a second time to the evening employee. They "forgot" to give me back my $5. They were supposed to leave me breakfast because I was leaving early, but apparently they also forgot this. I have to admit myself that I forgot to give my key back, so that compensates.

    Wifi !! and location were the only plus to some extent.

    Front desk Manager and assistants were too arrogant and absolutely unhelpful. Room and bathroom/shower in poor condition and dirty. Insect including cockroaches seen. Breakfast was one of the worst I have ever experienced in the many years of my hotel experience. House keeping only available between 8 am to 17oo hrs. This was also my first. I think I can go on with a few more points but don't have any more time to spare for them.

    Photos from Tropical Daisy's website are a complete lie. Common areas are dark with furniture piled up. Completely uninviting. Note that this is a serviced apartment and NOT a hotel. The bathroom was dirty and the lighting in the rooms was quite poor. The lobby is dense with mosquitos. at 1200 taka, the hotel car to the airport is twice as expensive as what's available at comparably-priced hotels.

    Room was very comfortable and clean ..staff were more than helpful, as well as polite.. food was exceptionally good,which was also complimented on by my local friend Location was central for my visit and I will happily stay here again (( next trip to BD is planned for December all being well ))

    Staff is very good.everyone can speck english.room service is nice.big room with refrigerator tv kitchen .very peace place. Room service is excellent.

    Food of hotel is very poor and morning breakfast is not good.i stay for six night every day same breakfast menu and its limited.if you need some item more it takes extra charge.

    It's location

    Breakfast and it's service time starts after 7am, if any guest wish to catch early morning flight, they will offer the breakfast to collect before 11pm and keep in fridge and tea coffee

    The lacation was good.

    The behavior of the reception was unaceptable. Inspite of my confirmed booking of a double room for 34.80 USD the staff claimed and forced me to pay 80 USD (6100 TK) for the same room. I would like to ask the Booking.com to return me the excess amount, otherwise this would be the last booking I made through Booking.com I can send you the copies of the booking confirmation as well as the Hotel invoice.

    Staff was very friendly, good Location, excellent WiFi, good breakfast

    Room and bathroom very outdated. In desperate need of an upgrade. There is no safety deposit box in the room.

    (1) Good location. (2) A very nice security guard who was always helpful & organized rickshaws & CNG'S for us. He also negotiated a good price for us. (3) Excellent breakfasts. (4) Clean & tidy rooms, bedding etc. (5) Welcoming fruit juice.

    (1) The staff were trying to be dutiful but were not at all practical. Too much quibbling over money & they never had the right amount of change & were always having to "owe us money" At all times, there were at least 2 extra staff standing at the counter with their hands behind their backs, just observing. These staff could have been at the local shop (5 mins away) changing money. I also saw the staff quibbling over money with some other guests as well. (2) The water was not working in the hand basin in the first room we were in. (3) Some of the rooms were over-priced for Bangladesh. (4) Internet computer broken and the "private office" desk computer wasn't working properly either.

    The staff were inflexible as I booked twice but stayed only for the second booking. I asked for a refund and they said they could not at all. I even asked for an extension of a few hours and they were very inflexible and did not allow it . I will not recommend this hotel for its inflexibility and poor service.

    Flexibility in terms of checkout time, allowing outside guests; prompt response from staff when help needed; staff at the reception are courteous.

    Bed linens were old, worn, and dirty-looking; garbage, food- leftovers and litters were not cleared regularly; complimentary breakfast was insufficient and of low standard..

    Staff n rooms are good. Location is near their most high class area. Not convenient for people on business trip to old Dhaka area. Going out means only walk or rickshaw for local transport.

    Except for breakfast, don't expect much room service, like normal hotels. U have to go out to eat most of the time. Hotel taxi is very expensive.

    They were very sensitive to my special needs: Delivered very early breakfast when I had to leave hotel earlier than breakfast time for meeting. Allowed a late check out 6pm because my flight was at 9.30pm.

    Absolutely nothing.

    I liked the room decor. Cool LED lighting. Very comfortable and cozy. Food menu was limited but well prepared. Had most of the modern amenities like wi-fi, LCD TV, mini refrigerator, bath tub etc in the room. Could have included an electric kettle with tea/coffee kit too.

    The limited food options. The long lead time to serve. Would suggest to improve the coffee and tea quality.
