És un hotel comode i cèntric. Molt recomanable. L'únic que vaig trobar a falta va ser un canal internacional a la TV. Ara a quasi tots els hotels de 4 estrelles ho trobes. Però pel demés, tot era molt recomanable. |

Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make sure that our stay was as pleasant as possible The rooms are in need of upgrading - simple furnishings updates would definitely go a long way |

We stayed in one of the new rooms this time. The bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed. There was no creamer for tea and coffee and the towels were not very luxurious. |

Fantastic location - just a few minutes easy walk from Bruges train station. In a lovely part of the city - central whilst still being in a quiet side street. Very smooth eficient check in - room ready on arrival. Breakfast clearly explained and we liked the fact that we didn't have to decide until the morning whether to eat breakfast in the hotel or not. Room very spacious and comfortable. On departure day, luggage storage room very useful so you could still enjoy the city without needing to take your luggage with you until ready to commence homeward journey. Have already recommended this hotel to a friend. Pillows small and rather hard. Found it curious that only 1 coffee sachet provided even though 2 people were staying in the room. Light switches very gimmicky and somewhat confusing. |

Large double room though a solo traveller. Very clean and very good level of specification. Good location for rail station and main sights. Lacking in character. Staff functional but not very welcoming. |

The location was absolutely perfect for sightseeing around Bruges. The hotel was comfortable but not luxurious and would be more appropriate as a 3* rating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. |

Quiet and good sized room. Contrary to other comments it only took about 2 minutes to work out the light switches. Cheerful and helpful staff. Good location not far from city centre. Convenient underground public parking only 200m away whch was cheaper than the hotel parking. |

Good location, close to the centre, clean, modern room Paid 125 Euros as we were only staying for one night, thought this was a bit expensive compared to others we have stayed at in Bruges for under 100 Euros |

Its location, right in the city center, in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was renovated with taste. Bathroom was spotless. We found some paper labels left by previous occupants in the wardrobe and under the bed. |

Room - large, clean and spotless. Location is excellent and the service friendly and professional. The cooked breakfast option did not look appealing. Would be better to concentrate on wider continental options. |

The hotel was fantastic great location top service, breakfast in bed was a dream it was truely superb we were so sad to leave. The staff were great and year made our visit to bruges so special! |

Rooms were clean and unusually spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The secure parking was very good and we left our vehicle feelilng confident that it would be safe. |
