Not a four star hotel, they did not even have wireless internet.

The hotel is very nice and has nice touches like ponds of Koi fishes and free wifi which is only available in the lobby area "Wish it was on all rooms". Clean and very modern in the light interfaces. The breakfast buffet at $9 Euros was the best in our entire trip through Europe. Well worth it. Security box is large and state of the art with no additional charge.

The ventilation in rooms is made possible by the AC unit but if you turn it off you are basicly forced to open the door which is a recipe for mosquito bites. They warn you against it but they should have mosquito nets instead of warnings. The AC even at its mildest is too cold and the fresh air from outside is of much better quality. The Showers have no curtain so you are forced to hide behind a wall and pray for the water to stay on that side, even a slim curtain would be very beneficial. Other than the ventilation and shower curtain I have to say this hotel is one of the best bargains out there, well worth it if you stay at Brugge, close to the canals and services for tourists.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room on a quite canal. Good location for sightseeing on foot. Easy walk from train station. Good breakfast.

Desk staff people were helpful and courteous. Internet access was a plus.

the hotel is good located but it is not fpor sure the tandard of 4 stars hotel, the bathroom was really poor for the standard it should have, it was quite dirty and the staff on the reception desk was not nice, The whorst part there was not free parking place for my car. How it is possible that they stiil had free romms but not parking places. They not even told me sorr for this situattion.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was well located for the centre of Bruges. Our room looked out onto a quiet street, which was good. The hotel had air conditioning too, which worked really well.

A modern, well appointed hotel with very helpful staff and an excellent location.

Only two minor points to an otherwise good stay: the LED switch lighting in the rooms, while chic, glows very bright in the dark and, secondly, if you have a tall car (above 1.85m), you won't get into the hotel underground car park! As it happens, there is parking 100m away under the Novotel/Ibis hotel - its cheaper too.....

Great location and friendly service. Great breakfast too. Handy location to the centre of town.

We all loved the Academie especially the courtyard and the air-conditioned rooms. The breakfast room and the food were first-class. The toilets were so relaxing and tastefully decorated !

the facilities including fridge, coffee making and air con. The breakfast was varied and nice. Close to all the attractions.
