Quiet and good sized room. Contrary to other comments it only took about 2 minutes to work out the light switches. Cheerful and helpful staff. Good location not far from city centre. Convenient underground public parking only 200m away whch was cheaper than the hotel parking. |

Good location, close to the centre, clean, modern room Paid 125 Euros as we were only staying for one night, thought this was a bit expensive compared to others we have stayed at in Bruges for under 100 Euros |

The location was very good and the staff particularly helpful and friendly. It also had its own underground parking. At 90 euros per night (plus breakfast plus 15 euros per night for parking) not particularly cheap. However, Bruges in general is not a cheap city. |

Great location, a short walk to the square and right on the historic walk. Great restaurants and cafes very close. Staff were always polite but not particularly helpful |

Excellent location great hotel. I went with 5 friends and we all said we would go back there with our husbands. Cafe across the road does amazing breakfasts too. Perfect for a girls weekend or romantic weekend. Close to the busy tourist streets open on Sundays too. Worth emailing the hotel before you go to get them to confirm a parking space if you need one. I think they have around 25spaces but I wouldn't fancy finding parking if I hadn't booked at the hotel. |

The rooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of choice onoffer for breakfast. The public areas of the hotel are very tasteful and the location is excellent. The only fault was the lack of a bin in the bedroom. |

I liked the location right next to main sights, shops, restaurants etc. I had to wait for my room to be ready until after 4pm. The staff didn't seem to be able to cope with managing this very big hotel. The Reception counter was unattended at 9pm in the evening and had to chase around the restaurant and waiting area for somebody to hand me my room key, after i'd been waiting for at least half an hour. There seemed to be only 1 person available, and she seemed to be doing many different jobs at the same time. |

It was close to the city center. Rooms were clean. It is not a noisy hotel. not a lot of parking places so one has to book in advance. Check out time is 11.00 and cleaning ladies are coming, whereas usually in hotels it is 12.00. |

Warm friendly welcome on arrival with good service from reception, very cosy and homely, lovely room and facilities. Extremely clean. Great location. Buffet breakfast was really good too. Thank you. A funny smell in the main foyer, just past the reception. But in perpective of the comments above, it was a minor thing! |

The location was wonderful, close to some very good restaurants and shops and the city centre. It was also very quiet. Staff were very helpful. The room was a good size and beds were comfortable. A pity that given the 4-star status, the hotel economised on things like plastic cups for tea/coffee in the bedroom and plastic glasses in the bathroom. A litter bin in the room itself would have been helpful. The hi-tech lighting system caused some hilarity - we'd just about cracked it by the time we left! |

We were in the new part of the hotel, and couldn't fault it. The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom amazing. It took a little while to sort out the light switches but this is not a negative point. There was a very good choice at breakfast in a very nice restaurant. |

The hotel is very well situated at the old city, close to sites and to center, staff very good and warm, facilities good, parking available (for 25 euro per day). In total I had good price and has been very satisfied with the hotel |

Room was new or newly refurbished. Very modern in everything from the bathroom to the light switches! First room we got was very old! We swapped rooms because we wanted twin beds. The twin room was a lot better, but the same price! |

Room was clean and very modern, parking was tight but present on site. Excellent location, within walking distance of great restaurants and city sights. I had my baby daughter in a pack-and-play and the room was big enough to accomodate that and still comfortable to get around in. |

the hotel reception didn't book the parking place as I requested saying that they did not receive my request. However, they offered me to park in a garage close to the hotel. Good alternative since it was better and cheaper. |

Although the official check-in time was 15:00, the room was ready well before that, so we could enter earlier. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well lit. The tap on the shower/bath tub has a thermoregulator, which adds to the comfort of taking a shower. The location of the hotel is perfect, at a walking distance of most places of interest in Brugges. Nothing I can think of. |
