The location of the hotel is good if you have a car. The restaurant has been refurbished recently and looks good. Breakfast was well supplied with fresh pastries, cheeses and meats. Make sure you get a room not facing onto the motor way, the noise of the traffic kept me awake all night on our first night we had to pay 30 euro extra to change rooms which I thought was unfair. The hotel is in need of refurbishment there is a stale smoke smell when you walk into the room area. I would not recommend staying here longer than one or two nights. |

Easy to find adjacent to the A4 / E25 autoroute. Fast Food Resturant offering good range at reasonable prices. Main Resturant also good but only used for breakfast on this visit. |

It was neat, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Tried to make me as comfortable as possible and even recommended other places should I feel uncomfortable stayinmg at their hotel. The fact that it was very close to the highway meant there was noise all through the night coming from vehicle movements. If you can sleep with all that....then its pretty much ok. It was also quite a distance from the town arlon itself and not very suitable for guest without cars. |

The service was very good and our rooms were nicely prepared for our arrival. The check-in went smoothly, although the young lady who booked us in on the 21.07.09 forgot to hand back my passport after photocopying it. As we arrived at the hotel quite late on the 21.07.09 after a long journey from Switzerland, we wanted to get some food. However the restaurant closed at 10pm and our choice had to be limited as we had arrived only just before closing time. |

Hotel has in their web sites "High-speed Internet access, wireless internet connection free of charge " which is not truth. Charge is 5.55 E/hour or 20 E/day!!!! After my protest I get voucher for 24 hrs free access, but I would like to get correct information about hotel amenities on hotel web-sites and/or at booking.com as well. Internet access is crucial for me every time and I am preferring hotel with free access first. |

Convenience of being close to the motorway, and the room was comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant was closed during our stay, and we had to use the adjoining ac cafeteria for our meals. Not only did we have to compete with coach parties stopping for a refreshment break, we also had to take our food through the pay desk, where we had difficulty making the checkout staff (who did not speak English) understand that our promotion included both the evening meal and our breakfast the next morning, and therefore we had nothing further to pay. Consequently, the eating facilities were far below what you should expect from a hotel of this standard. The overall feeling was of stopping at motorway services for the night. |

Location, as it is easy to find and continue on your journey after a night stay. Smell of stale smoke as you enter into the guest area to access the lift to your floor. Food looks like it has been there for ever by the time your get to eat it, it's just about warm you should provide microwave to reheat your meal. |

The room offered in the price of the website was extremely noicy. The hotel asked an increased price to change room, which was better but not well insulated from noice.It is a high way facility suitable for track/driver stop. |

Nous avons été très bien accueillis (nous en avions vraiment besoin car notre voyage ne fût pas une réussite, en fait, notre voiture était tombé en panne sur l'autoroute). Ce que nous avons aussi appréciés, c'est le petit déjeuner, un beau choix, produits de bonne qualité et en quantités suffisantes. Merci. Dans la chambre, il y avait le bruit du passage des voitures sur l'autoroute. Donc une meilleure isolation des fenêtres, réduirai ce bruit. |

Chambre très propre, confortable et bien agencée. Accueil agréable et sympathique. Facilités: parking, boutiques, proximité de grandes villes et de centres commerciaux Un peu bruyant vu la proximité de l'autoroute. Lits jumeaux collés l'un à l'autre au lieu d'un seul lit de 2 personnes. Traces d'infiltration d'eau dans le plafond de la salle de bain. Restaurant pas terrible |

ie Zimmer waren komfortabel, schön eingerichtet, Ebenso gab es ein extrem großes Lunchpacket für Frühaufsteher- witklich empfehlenswert. Die Wegbeschreibung sollte überarbeitet werden habe das Hotel nicht gefunden landete im Best Western Arlux |
