Best Western Hotel Arlon

The location of the hotel is good if you have a car. The restaurant has been refurbished recently and looks good. Breakfast was well supplied with fresh pastries, cheeses and meats.

Make sure you get a room not facing onto the motor way, the noise of the traffic kept me awake all night on our first night we had to pay 30 euro extra to change rooms which I thought was unfair. The hotel is in need of refurbishment there is a stale smoke smell when you walk into the room area. I would not recommend staying here longer than one or two nights.

It was neat, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Tried to make me as comfortable as possible and even recommended other places should I feel uncomfortable stayinmg at their hotel.

The fact that it was very close to the highway meant there was noise all through the night coming from vehicle movements. If you can sleep with all that....then its pretty much ok. It was also quite a distance from the town arlon itself and not very suitable for guest without cars.

Hotel has in their web sites "High-speed Internet access, wireless internet connection free of charge " which is not truth. Charge is 5.55 E/hour or 20 E/day!!!! After my protest I get voucher for 24 hrs free access, but I would like to get correct information about hotel amenities on hotel web-sites and/or at booking.com as well. Internet access is crucial for me every time and I am preferring hotel with free access first.

Location, as it is easy to find and continue on your journey after a night stay.

Smell of stale smoke as you enter into the guest area to access the lift to your floor. Food looks like it has been there for ever by the time your get to eat it, it's just about warm you should provide microwave to reheat your meal.

Close to the high way, also the price was ok, nice options for breakfast, bathtube

Heating was not working, also the room was quite weary

Nous avons été très bien accueillis (nous en avions vraiment besoin car notre voyage ne fût pas une réussite, en fait, notre voiture était tombé en panne sur l'autoroute). Ce que nous avons aussi appréciés, c'est le petit déjeuner, un beau choix, produits de bonne qualité et en quantités suffisantes. Merci.

Dans la chambre, il y avait le bruit du passage des voitures sur l'autoroute. Donc une meilleure isolation des fenêtres, réduirai ce bruit.

Calme malgrès autoroute - Accueil impeccable - gentillesse du personnel - serviabilité à l'acceuil (recherche internet d'itinéraire, ...), bonne adresse

gemakkelijk te bereiken, en restauratie mogelijk tot het late uur.

Vooral possitief waren de vriendelijkheid van het personeel aan de receptie,en de netheid van de kamers.

Een kleine minpunt is het horen van het verkeer op de autobaan.
