Easy access from the motorway and plenty of parking. Multi-lingual and polite staff. Good breakfast selection.

Double rooms are two single beds joined together, required some bedding rearrangement to accommodate a 2 year-old in the middle, but we all slept fine. Lots of extra pillows, blankets etc available.

Location and convenience to highway.

Restaurant - personnel willing, quickly approaching guests and excellent in English. Reception - personnel willing to go promptly to the room to trouble-shoot (light switches).

Room - bad smell (moldy/dank). Room - toilet door needed to be strongly slammed without use of the handle, otherwise went open. Room - noise from upstairs room doors and guests steps. Room service - repeatedly without asking switching off the heating = no respect to personal settings, breaking feel of privacy! Room service - repeatedly without asking closing the window set in ventilatory position = no respect to personal settings, breaking feel of privacy! Bar - 10-20 minutes waiting to be contacted by personnel and served (not once, but 3 evenings) = ignorance! Bar - 30-45 minutes waiting for getting simple dinners as omelette and spaghetti. Bar - serving drinks without asking, and different drink than being asked, then even making faces when notified = chaos, insolence! Bar - 2x charged for drinks already paid. Reception - 3rd time charged for drinks already paid. Reception - 2nd time charged for meals already paid. Reception - 3 attempts within 2 days needed to get correct total hotel bill. All personnel - mostly very poor in English, German, and 2 people then refusing to deal with guests desperate tries in poor French = arrogance!

Convenient Location close to Motorway but not on top of it.

Very convenient for stopover on way to Austria

The staff made us welcome on arrival and the room was clean and comfortable. We did not use the restaurant but the bar food was good. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice.

Large room with good facilites, free wifi and generous breakfast. Location quiet but very close to motorway. Restaurant had a good menu at reasonable prices

Corridors smelt of tobacco smoke

Staffs are very friendly and make you feel at ease

the hotel is not well insulated for noises and the plentiful of tourists who have no consideration for others will wake you up late at night and early in the morning so do not expect quietness and rest at this hotel.

Bed was prima en de kamer ruim genoeg. Restaurant is standaard, maar prima.

Ontvangst: In België zou als Nederlander in het Vlaams moeten worden geholpen. Slecht onderhoud aan buitenkant en erg gehorig, ondanks dubbele ramen. Vreemd genoeg geen NL TV-zenders. Ongemakkelijke stoelen op kamer (117)
