Almost impossible to find the Hotel. Street name, number kept secret, City Heverlee is not helpful (very large), hamlet Eigenhoven is much more helpful. The only address given out is E40 (the name of 200 km long freeway! Many with paid reservations, must never be able to find the Hotel and end up paying twice. |

The room cleanliness needs some improvement, and the mattress in the bed should have been exchanged years ago, springs are practically non-existent. |

Unfortunately there was nothing at all that I liked about the hotel. In fact I disliked it so much that I cut short my stay and checked out after one night. Situated in a depressing location on the motorway. Run down and grossly over priced. I paid €90 for an executive room which was in a very delapidated state. Goodness knows what a standard room is like. Outrageous price for internet access. One word somes it up - horrible. |

Unlike some of the reviews about this hotel I found it quite easily. It was clean and the breakfast was good The restaurwnt was closed during my stay. The food in the cafe was very expensive |

Easy parking. Good meals Hard to find coming from Brussels direction. If you had said that the hotel shares a site with a petrol station on the Liege to Brussels motorway between exits 22 and 23 it would have been obvious to find, but I understand why the hotel does not want to advertise that it is part of a service station with lots of heavy trucks parked not so far from the windows of the rooms. |

breakfast was decent in the hotel description it doesnt reflect the fact it is so far out of the city centre, if id have known this i would have booked elsewhere, also air conditioning never worked and beds riddled with bed bugs. |

Behulpzaam en vriendelijk receptiepersoneel. Kamers gelegen aan een lange bloedheet gestookte gang, die afgetrapt en versleten is en daarmee een weinig uitnodigende indruk maakt. Het ontbijt was, zeker voor Vlaamse begrippen, matig. Hotel is vanuit Brussel moeilijk te vinden. |
