Excellent location right next to De Bruckere metro station and minutes away from Grand Place. The apartment is cosy, comfortable and very well equipped with great modern decor. There's even a fitness room on each floor and a lovely common area with wifi connection on level 2. Cable connection only for internet in apartments. You have to leave a EUR50 deposit for a hairdryer and EUR30 for an internet cable - but they charge it to your credit card then anull it when you return them. The apartment needed a good vacuuming. |

Excellent location, within walking distance of all touristic attractions from Brussels centre. You will need the metro/bus only to visit distant points like Atomium, for example. Close to supermarkets, which you need if you will like to use the kitchen facilities. Good value for money, especially if you get a non-refund offer (less than 70 eur/night). Spatious rooms, at least the ones situated on the corner of the hotel (I stayed in one). Superb room facilities: 26' lcd tv, dvd/radio station player, microwave, dish washer machine. This is a real good hotel. The downside of excellent location is the noise - you will hear some ambulances and horns - overall though, this is a quite hotel. Small balcony on the corner rooms (altough enough if you need a quick smoke). So no real minuses. |

Warning! They double-charged me for the room - they charged my card upon booking and again upon arrival. So I ended up paying 790 euros for a room that was supposed to cost 316 euros. And they have not answered any of my complaints because of this. So sadly I cannot recommend this hotel! |

The location is very good, right on top if a metro station, apartments are brand new so no wear and tear yet A toaster in the kitchenette would be nice. The Toilet paper could do with a quality upgrade. The Internet bandwidth is inadequate when the Hotel is full . The Hotel is brand new so some items are still being commissioned, but the staff adress these issues immediately. |

Personnel speaks multiple languages, and is very friendly. Spacious room with good facilities (toilet separate from bathroom was very pleasant). Excellent location in the centre of the city. Once in the room, there was almost no information about the hotel/room itself. We had a fold-up bed, and it would be nice if there was an instruction. Not that it's hard work getting it out, but to be sure you're doing it right an instruction would be good. |

apartment with fully equipped kitchen; free Internet there was no cleaning of the room during the whole week; unfortunately the promised wireless Internet connection did not work; but at least the cable connection worked ok with some interruptions. |

I really enjoyed my stay at an Aparthotel studio. The location could not be better. We were right in the centre of the city and the Metro was actually next door. The staff at reception were multi lingual and were extremely helpful and friendly. The soundproofing of the room was perfect, total peace and quiet, althouhg located on a busy street. If I were to search relentlessly, I would say that a toaster (for the boiled egg you know, for us Irish/English!), would have been greatly appreciated, although, I have little doubt that had I asked at reception, a toaster would have been produced, instantly |

In the Center. Clean. I hink it is the best apart hotel I have stayed. I should be informed that the room has a portable bed on wall. The pictures I saw in the websiite was misleading. |

situated in the monnaie shopping center, next to the metro (1 stop from central station). i stayed in a "4-person" flat (tiny bedroom, with twin beds, joined to accommodate a couple. double door separates from sitting area, with double sofa bed tv and desk. small kichenette on the side). spotless clean, furniture new and functional. seemed to be popular with business travellers, young researchers / postgrads but also appropriate for families with one child, city tourism. at a pinch 2 young couples travelling on a budget can share. no opinion on hotel facilities (just slept and left) you should not expect grand lux, but definitely a cut above from, say, the citadine chain. recommended. very good value at 99 euros per night (special offer) |

Customers must double check that their reservation and payment are confirmed by the hotel management if they do not want to spend the first day at the lobby due to mistakes made by the hotel stuff. |

Excelent location (exactly near De Brukere metro and bus station). Nice apartment, spacious. Kitchen very well equiped. Internet in the room, free of charge and functioning ok. Nice stuff, even if sometimes a little bit confused. I stayed a week and nobody cleaned the room (I do it myself using the vacuum which was in the room- probably it was there on purpose). |

nice rooms, internet free-of-charge breakfast was too expensive for what you got, but that's probably part of the concept, and downtown brussels is just around the corner, so there are many other opportunities |

The location is excellent, rooms are brand new, right next to the Metro For the first time the Hotel was full and the Internet became painfully slow, gMail takes around 4 minutes to load. Total lack of English TV channels available. Apart from that nothing at all to dislike. |

Peace and silence in the building are remarkable since the hotel is situated in the city centre (De Brouckère). The rooms are very clean. You can control the heating, the bathroom is luxurious, the toilet in the studio was separate, ... very nice. As a Dutch speaker, it's very disrespectful that the hotel personnel doesn't speak any Dutch. Of course, we're getting used to being treated as strangers in our own French-speaking capital city this way. |
