It is centrally located and the room includes kitchen facilities. The folding bed was uncomfortable, I had a bad sleep. It was a nuisance having to unfold the sofa into a bed after a long journey.

The location (Near to Grand Place), Price I had in Booking.com was great, PC to use the Internet, The facilities in the second floor is good (Business Center like), I liked the design of every thing inside and outside the room, the room and every thing was so clean, although they have a very strange cleaning policy. Delay in checking in because I was forced to upgrade my room because of my 5 years old child, I requested a Sofa bed in my reservation but it was not available in the type of room I was booked, so I had to pay a lot more to upgrade my room, there was a very bad smell in the 5th floor (location of my room) for the first two days, and it was not a cooking smell, there was only one receptionist almost all the time which created a pressure on him, thus on the guest for having to wait and to short list his requests to give the opportunity to the guest behind him.

Good location near Grand Place just 5 min. walk. Train station is just under the hotel. Room is new. The map in this website put in the wrong location. we were lost because of Booking.com map. Our room is no outside view. View outside the room is "inside" shopping center so we don't know the weather outside. Free wifi and internet is located on 1 floor only.

Incredible value if you stay over 10 nights compared to the quality of the Hotel, cleanliness, services and location (splat center downtown). If you stay less than 10 nights the value decreases significantly. The Internet speed is pretty bad during evenings. It's usable for browsing but Youtube viewing is out of the question unless you got time and patience. The microwave was broken but I didn't need it so I just informed the staff and didn't ask for repairs during my stay. A minor nuance: Despite overall cleanliness, the top shelves and under the sofa was very dusty.

The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Modern furniture, a real bathtub, a separate toilet, modern kitchen facilities (even a dishwasher), great tv and stereo were adding to this experience. The rooms are well isolated (no noise and light from outside), and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect – right above the Metro, two minutes from the historic city center, endless shopping possibilities nearby. Everything you need is just around the corner. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. All in all, perfect value for the money, I'd definitely come again. The "Studio" room we had had its window towards a shopping passage, therefore you couldn't leave it open during the day (too much noise). Also, you couldn't get a feeling for the weather conditions outside or even tell if it was raining at all. The Air Conditioning could not be turned off completely, thus resulting in a constant air draft. The room therefore gets somewhat cold during longer stays. If you're prone to getting colds from air draft, check with the hotel staff if they can turn it off for you. With the wall-folding bed pulled out, there isn't much space in the room itself (but the storage facilities make up for that).

The Adagio Brussels was easy to find, as it is very well located. The hotel is just minutes away from metro stations, various dining options and city centre attractions like the Bourse, Grand Place and Manneken Pis. My studio apartment had a cool design, comfortable bed, wireless internet and a nice spacious bathroom. I would stay at the hotel again.

The rooms were clean and well equipped. Perfect for a self-catering and/or family holiday. Staff were great, polite and very helpful. The hotel was very centrally located, nothing was more than a few minutes walk away and the Metro station was literally underneath the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and as per the fine print the rooms weren't cleaned so you have to make sure you sweep/vacuum after yourself and make your own beds. Not a huge negative but something worth noting when booking

The hotel is new, so everything works pretty well and is well maintained. Three main issues: 1. Too cold in the room during the night and not possible to adjust the temperature (I guess the air conditioning didn't work). 2. Baby cots without proper blankets for the kids, just a sheet. This, together with a very low temperature in the room forced us to sleep together with the kids. 3. No WiFi in the rooms.

Location is perfect. Very close to the Grand Place and a metro stop which easily connects you to places other then the Old Town Area. Having a kitchen was also very handy (Although the kitchen is slightly cramped). It's also great that there is laundry facilitys in the hotel. Minor complaint but the bed folds down from the couch which means there isn't as much room in the main area.

I was in Brussels and you really cannot beat the location of the apartment. It was absolutely fabulous. For someone who is visiting for the first time, the maps and location cannot be explain well just on paper. One has to actually be there to realize the importance of location for a European destination. The place is modern with everything one can ask for in an apart. It has shopping right next to it and some of the best site quite close by as well. The staff is very polite and well trained in the hospitality business. It was a very very pleasant stay for me and my wife. I would most definitely recommend the place. After all your stay is as good as the place you come back to after a long day of fun and site seeing...:)

The design is nice, the hotel is in a very busy area with a lot of shop, it is also close to public transportation. I had made reservation with a possibility to cancel, this was changed I was informed that if I cancel my reservation, I would have to pay 375 euros; a hotel room which was supposed to cost about 100 euros, finally costed me 220 euros. The hotel having increased the price due to some events in Brussels. The manipulation of pulling the hidden bed in the studio is a bit strange for a hotel at that price. You get better quality/price appartment at Residence Florence.

The location is excellent - bang in the middle of everything, and sitting on top of a metro. The room (I had a one-bedroomed apartment) was extremely spacious, and very clean. The staff (all of them!) was incredibly helpful, no matter how wild or demanding my requests were. Highly recommended.

We stayed in an one-bedroom apartment for one night. The room is extremely clean and tidy and seems to be newly furnished. Facilities is extremely good - well equipped and modern kitchen, very good designed writing desk with wired internet connection. The most convenient converted sofa bed that we've encountered before. The location of the hotel is superb - next to a metro station or a block from a large car park, within 5 minutes' walk to the Grand Plaza. The staff in the reception is very nice, friendly and extremely helpful, efficient both in check-in and check-out. On whole, we have a very impressive stay in this hotel and will definitely come back next time when travelling to Brussels.
