It is centrally located and the room includes kitchen facilities.

The folding bed was uncomfortable, I had a bad sleep. It was a nuisance having to unfold the sofa into a bed after a long journey.

This is a great hotel/appartment very close to all ammenities with a fresh new interior. The rooms are spacious and contain all one would reasonably need in the kitchenette. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Would definately stay again!

The hotel room was spacious, very clean, and modern. The staff gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. We selected the Adagio because we needed a place for our family of four that was centrally located and it turned out to be perfect. It is very close the Grand Place and we could walk almost everywhere. We enjoyed it very much.

The only thing they can improve upon is offering wireless on all floors. We had free internet through the ethernet cable but it limited us to one connect per room. In a family of four these days that is simply not enough.

Hotel is comfortable, and has a kitchen. Rooms are very well designed. Its location is excellent. It is not expensive for longer stays.

Music in the nearby shopping mall starts at 8AM in the morning. It is not loud when one closes the window.

The location is a few blocks from Central station and right on a main street. There is plenty of shopping in the area and several grocery stores which came in handy for cooking obviously. The staff was very nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean. The elevator worked well. Overall, even though it was on a main street, it was very quiet. My apartment was located on the 5th floor. It came with a microwave, small refrigerator, stove top and sink. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms, but each had its own sink. The double bed pulled down over the sofa. There is wired internet in the room and wifi in the lobby.

My only complaints were that I received only one roll of toilet tissue (went to the front desk to get more) and two towels (found the service's stash and just took more). They only offered to clean the room once during my stay, which they made clear at the beginning when I reserved the room. I passed up the opportunity because my room wasn't dirty and I was checking out the next day.

The hotel is new, so everything works pretty well and is well maintained.

Three main issues: 1. Too cold in the room during the night and not possible to adjust the temperature (I guess the air conditioning didn't work). 2. Baby cots without proper blankets for the kids, just a sheet. This, together with a very low temperature in the room forced us to sleep together with the kids. 3. No WiFi in the rooms.

A good hotel located in the centre of Brussels. Friendly staff; spacious room.
