Very central location. Very friendly & helpful staff. Good Breakfast Our bedroom, was up in the eaves on the 5th floor and quite small, compared to our other friends who stayed in the hotel as well.

De twee eigenaressen en de medewerkers zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is prima verzorgt. Wij hebben 2 min puntjes, wij waren met vrienden en wilden "na het avond diner elders" nog een potje bridge in ons hotel dat kan dus niet i.v.m. het sluiten van de openbare ruimte na 22.00 uur. Wij hebben een middag gehad met regen en hebben toen wel in het ontbijt/zit zaaltje gezeten, vroegen of het mogelijk was om een kopje thee te nutigen "dat kon" bij de afrekening stond de thee te boek a € 2.40 per kop " dat viel ons een beetje tegen. conclusie; prima, vriendelijk hotel zonder extra facilitieten.

Das Hotel übertraf absolut unsere Erwartungen! Ich habe selten ein solch nettes und freundliches Personal in Hotels erlebt, die sich auf fast allen Sprachen mit den Gästen unterhalten konnten. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und hell und wir hatten sogar einen "Balkon". Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und werden dort definitiv wieder hinfahren! Das Treppenhaus war recht eng und steil, allerdings gab es eigentlich keinerlei Bedarf dieses zu benutzen, denn man konnte direkt mit Aufzügen zu den Zimmern hochfahren.

Hotel is prima gelegen op 100 meter van de zeedijk. Prijs:kwaliteit is zeer goed. Uitstekend ontbijt. Heel vriendelijke bediening tijdens het ontbijt. De poetsvrouw had wel eens over het venstertablet mogen gaan. Was nogal stofferig.

sa situation et son calme. Son garage et son étroitesse au niveau des possibilités de manoeuvres . Attention aux murs concernant votre carrosserie qui sont à l'état brut avec plein d'aspérités coupantes. Il faut sortir en marche arrière afin de pouvoir se mettre sur un élévateur qui n'est pas des plus agréables car mauvaise visibilité et étroitesse des lieux lorsqu'on sort du garage. Pas de témoin vert pour signaler qu'on peut alors sortir de cet élévateur. J'ai d'ailleurs abîmé le pare-choc de ma voiture avec évidemment des dégâts à celle-ci.Par contre la responsable de l'hôtel a bien voulu m'indemniser pour moitié de la facture carrosserie. Dommage qu'elle n'ai pas d'assurance car alors cela ne m'aurait rien coûté dans ces réparations dont j'estime que je n'avais fait aucune fausse manoeuvre.

Le personnel est très accueillant. La chambre est grande et confortable. Le parking souterrain avec l'ascenseur pour voiture mérite le détour. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Vriendelijk personeel, perfecte ligging bij het strand en de mooiste winkelstraten van Knokke. Nette kamer, goed ontbijt. Een douchegordijn ontbreekt. Dat maakt douchen moeilijk.
