The hotel is 24hr open, there is free parking. The room was small, only skylight, stone cold. Surrounding area is a wasteland with parked trucks etc., does not feel safe. |

It's near the airport. The room had a ugly smell. The receptionist speak's english very badly. I arrived around 22.30 and even a sandwich it was not possible to eat in the hotel, only the bar for drinks was open. The receptionist was not able to inform if there's was some restaurant open at that our. I took my car and I had to find it for myself |

The staff were helpful. They arranged breakfast for us at 4.30 a.m. and also organised a taxi for us, which arrived on time. This is a basic hotel. The rooms were OK for 1 night, although the pillows are not very comfortable. We chose this hotel as it has the closest location to the airport (1km away), however, the taxi to the hotel from the airport cost 20 euros and 15 euros on the way back, which is the main reason why I wouldn't choose to stay in this hotel again or recommend it. |

Ideaal hotel als je voor af na je vliegreis van vliegveld Charleroi moet overnachten.Nette ruime kamer. Heb geen gebruik gemaakt van diner/ontbijt en kan geen oordeel daarover geven. |

Quelle que soit l'heure, le personnel en place est attentif aux demandes des clients et s'investit de façon convaincante pour trouver des solutions. Le concepteur des salles de bains aurait du choisir un espace de douche plus grand, C'est désagréable de toucher les parois et le rideau pour toute personne plus corpulente qu'un cure-dent |
